But when you pray, go into your room, close the door & pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.( but the Christians today do otherwise by worshipping Jesus Christ and even praying in his name contradicting what Jesus said. I therefore urge my Christian brethren to accept Islam today in other to practice exactly what Jesus preached while on earth.

Al-Tahajjud (Night prayer)

The Prophet (sall Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam) famously mentions in a hadith that,

“The best of prayer after the obligatory prayers is night prayer.”
The Tahajjud prayer is highly rewarded due to the extra effort it requires from the believer. It requires them to break the enjoyment of their sleep to enter in conversation with their Lord at a time when everyone else is not thinking about Him (subḥānahu wa taʿālā).

The Tahajjud is highly rewardable at any point of the night however and whenever it is prayed but, due to various narrations, it has a few preferred times depending on how we divide up the evening:

The most rewarding way is the prayer of Dāwūd (ʿalayhi al-Salām)and that is by dividing the night into six equal portions, sleeping for the first three, waking up and praying the fourth and fifth portion, then returning back to sleep for the last before waking for the morning prayer.
If the evening is divided into three equal time periods, then the best of these is the middle portion to pray in, thus one would sleep a few hours, wake up to pray, go back to bed afterwards & then wake up for the morning prayer. Praying the last portion is also highly recommended.
If the night is divided into two, then the second portion is better than the first.
Much like the Nafl Al-Mutlaq, there is no limit on how many prayers one might engage in. In some reports, the Prophet (sall Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam) was said to have prayed a maximum of eight cycles and then do his Witr.

It is also recommended to keep the prayers in cycles of two rather then four as with every cycle of two there are additional actions (such as the taslīm, the tashahud and the takbīr) thus leading to a greater amount of reward.
If one regularly prays in the night, be it by getting up or praying a few cycles after the ʿIshā’ prayer, & for some reason is to miss it one night, they are advised to pray it the following day

When Allah chooses to favor someone, makes him/her the source of satisfying other people's needs.

Proofs that Islam is the Only True Religion of God?

Many proofs exist that Islam is the true religion of God. Among the many proofs of Islam’s truthfulness is that it is the only religion whose message and teachings have been preserved and never tampered with or changed over time. As for Christianity and other religions, we do not have their original Revelation and teachings preserved for our perusal. The same can be said with the Revelation and teachings sent with Prophet Moses and Prophet David PBUT. Their Revelations were never preserved. God did not preserve their Revelations because they were meant for previous nations and not for us today.
Islam, on the other hand — its Scripture, the Holy Quran — stands the same today as when it was first revealed 1400 plus years ago, word for word, letter by letter. God taught it to Angel Gabriel, who taught it to the Prophet Muhammad PBUH, who taught it to his companions, who wrote it down in the role of scribes and memorized it letter for letter. Millions of people of every generation have memorized the Holy Quran. Hundreds of thousands of people worldwide have this 600+ page Holy Book memorized by heart.
Amongst the many proofs of Islam’s truthfulness is that Islam speaks to the predisposition and innate belief that God has put in the hearts of every human. Take the concept of God, for instance. The idea of God is simple, understandable, and not complex as in other religions.

Islam teaches the existence of only One Supreme Being, who is All-Mighty, All-Powerful, All-Knowing, All-Loving, who created the whole universe andthe everything in it. All other beings are creations of God and not the actual Creator. All great religious disputes of the past pointed to One God, including Judaism.

WHY I DENOUNCED CHRISTIANITY TO EMBRACE ISLAM By Haruna Normal Nwaeze

Being an Igbo man, It’s not easy being Muslim in Igbo community or where majority are Christians because of the long time misconceptions, lies & propaganda against Islam,
but my choice was a spiritual transformation & innate feelings to serve & worship my Creator in the most purest ways.

By God will, I was born into a very strong Christian home. Later in 1996, when Anglican church approved the wedding of same s*x in most European countries, I was shocked & couldn't believe how this abomination could happen. As i became independent as a man, I began to question some Christian doctrines of different denominations which became offensive to my pastors & fellow Christians, who started calling me Antichrist for questioning the church.

When I tried to understand the logic of 3 God in one, the killing of Jesus by God to save mankind from Satan, Jesus being God, & many unimaginable beliefs I was taught as a child, no better explanation rather I was told never to question the Bible or church.
On 14th of June 2014, the light of God sparked on me & on that faithful day, I got the courage to sit down with a Muslim to question him about some negative thoughts I have about Islam, such as - why do Muslims not believe in God, why do Muslims not believe in Jesus, why do Muslims believe in killing, why do Muslims worship sun/Moon, why do Muslims worship Muhammad, etc
To my surprise, all the answers was not what I expected. But I disagreed, accusing the Muslim of lying or hiding their beliefs. From that that I decided to purchase some Islamic texts and English Qur'an to verify and research by myself.
Finally, I came to find out that all (100%+) of what I've been hearing about Islam are not true. Finally, I made it & embraced Islam - the True Religion of God, Alhamdulilah.

As we know, Many people are born into their religion. For them it is mostly a matter of legacy & convenience. Their belief is based on faith, not just in the teachings of the religion but also in the acceptance of that religion from their family, community or culture. For the person who converts, it is a matter of fierce conviction & defiance. Our belief is based on a combination of faith & logic because we need a powerful reason to abandon the traditions of our families & community to embrace beliefs foreign to both. Conversion is a risky step. because it can result in losing family, friends & community support.

Understanding Islam
