When some Women turn 40 or 50 years, something major shifts in their personality.

They become bolder, more rebellious, more religious, more focused, more opinionated and more emphatic about what they want.

Don’t be surprised when a previously obedient and submissive Woman on turning 40/50 changes completely.
Most especially when she had given birth to Children.

At this age, she may not go with the flow anymore, she may begin to ask some questions :
- Is s*x food?
- Query some of your instructions
- Even the way you behave.

She will also become more outspoken and will not be afraid to speak her mind.

If care is not taken, you may have to do for yourself :
- Dry cleaning
- Preparing food to eat
Because it might take her more time before she responds to your request.

There is something definitely special about turning 40/50 for Women.

If she has never challenged or questioned your instructions, get ready to be shocked by her boldness and confrontational attitude.

The only way to avoid total breakdown of Peace and Harmony in the home is for Men to become fair, objective and reasonable in their approaches to issues at home and/or at work.

Men should bear in mind that at this age, Women also harbour lots of regrets about the decisions they have made in life so far ... Their Husbands may be one of them!

A woman at this age is a better Judge of character and will evaluate a Man using very different & weird parameters.

Men must start on time to prepare for this phase in the lives of their Wives/Partners/Bosses/Subordinates.

What you put in is what you get!
If you have treated her fairly, then you don’t have anything to worry about.

She will begin to appreciate you better if for any reason she didn’t do so in the past.

On the contrary if you haven’t been nice to her, fasten your seatbelt, the ride is about to get pretty bumpy.

A Woman doesn’t forget those who hurt her, and by her actions and utterances you will know that she is out to show you that she is no longer that little girl you married..

For young men, It might help to learn these early in life.

Everything in life is controlled by attitude. If you want anything about you to change, then change your attitude about it. Attitude is everything!

What is your price?

It is often said that every man has a price. Whatever you accept that gets to make up your mind or to change it is your price. Unfortunately, whoever can be bought with money or material things is cheap. If your convictions can be paid for, you’re really cheap. If money can sway your direction, you’re really poor.

Everyone likes money and what money can do. Money is not vanity. But when you have to get it at all cost, then that’s the problem. In today’s world, it seems difficult to resist the urge to take money and compromise but there are a few who place character above all else. People of value don’t sell their heart for lucre. They don’t sell their soul for immediate gains. They don’t mortgage their conscience for instant win. Real men can’t be bought. Their price is in their value, not in money.

Whatever you receive to make you keep quiet when you should talk is your worth. Whatever you accept to get you change your mind, when should think or act differently, is your price. Whatever offer you accept to make you change your message is your price. So, I ask again: what’s your price? What’s your value? Real men act on the basis of conviction; others act on the basis of the price tag. Where do you belong?

You can't discover your new self and new possibilities until you're broken and remade. It is called transformation. You need to do some shedding off: Bad habits. Stubborn wills. Inflated egos. Evil thoughts. Crippling fears. Secret prejudices. Misguided ambitions. Usually it means changing direction, and this requires discipline. You must determine the length and extent of the discipline you need. ‘No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening - it’s painful! But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way! The extent you'll go in life depends on the amount of discipline you have. And the best is self discipline which begins in the mind. "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he."

There are five questions that determine the quality and direction of life:
1. Who am I? This is question of identity.
2. Where am I from? This is question of heritage
3. Why am I here? This is question of purpose
4. What can I do? This is question of potential
5. Where am I going? This is question of destiny

Which of these questions do you consider the most important and has given your life meaning?

At every point in your life, you are either moving towards something or away from something. We often hear it said that courage is the ability to keep moving in a particular direction despite the fear factor. But it also takes courage to walk away sometimes. In such circumstances, walking away has nothing do with weakness. In fact, if anything, it is a mark of strength. We walk away when the fight is not worth it. We walk away when we realise our worth and value. Only the courageous walk away for the right reasons without excuses, defences or explanations. In order to determine your progress, you should be able to ask yourself these questions:
- What am I running towards or away from?
- What should I start running towards or away from?
- What do I need to do to move in the right direction?

Now is the time to give yourself honest, forthright answers. At least, there is hope, because it is morning yet on creation day.
