(2),a two bedroom home apartment

For any of the above mentioned categories a potential subscriber shall pay the minimum down payment of to get started and the remaining amount to be paid in installments over a period of 10 or 15years as the subscribers so desire.
Below is the break down of the total amount payable and duration for each category.

15years.pls note minimum down payment is to get started.

(2),the total amount payable for a two bedroom apartment with duration of payments spread over 10yrs or 15yrs as the subscriber desires.

For a 10yrs payment plan,the total amount payable is #12,550,000. the subscriber makes a min down payment of #550,000 and is expected to make an equal monthly installments of #100,000 for the next 10years.
While for a 15years payment plan, the total amount payable is #14,550,000.the subscriber makes a minimum down payment of #550,000 and is expected to make an equal monthly installments of #80,000 for the next 15years.

(3), total amount payable for a three bedroom apartment with duration of payments spread across 10 or 15years as the subscriber desires.for a 10yrs payment plan, the total amount payable is #15,550,000.the subscribers makes a minimum down payment of #550,000 and is expected to make an equal monthly installments of #129,584 for the next 10years. while for a 15years payment plan,the total amount of is, #18,550,000 the subscribers'makes a minimum down payment of #550,000 and is expected to make an equal monthly installments of #103,100 for the next 15years.

It's worthy of note, that because the smart homes project is targeted towards affordability and accessibility, subscribers can make a down payment of 25% of the total amount payable for any of the categories of the smart homes apartments and have the opportunity to move into the apartment after 9months of paying the 25% though bearing in mind that his/her monthly equal installments must be regular before and after moving into the apartment.until the actual duration subscribed to is completed.
