Why does ur underwear appear bleached?

Every lady/woman who has attained puberty will have Va**na discharge- it is normal. It may leave a white or yellow stain on your underwear 🩲 , that’s ok. Discharge is part of the va**na’s natural self-cleaning process.

Your va**nal discharge’s pH level is on the naturally acidic side, varying between 3.5 and 4.5 courtesy of the bacteria “Lactobacillus” working overtime to keep the atmosphere in the va**na optimum. Things To Do If Your Gas Cooker Catch Fire,

Don't Panic, Do These Things To Quench It.

Gas Explosion is now very rampant today. This is because of the increased use of gas cookers by people. There is no doubt that gas Cookers are easier, neater to handle, and faster than firewood or even stoves.

Almost all Nigerian homes are now using Gas Cookers because it is cheaper than using Kerosene.

But the major risk associated with using a gas cooker is that it can lead to gas explosion which can claim the lives of thousands of people.

If you use a gas cooker, you should do everything in your power to avoid it. But if it happens, Don't Panic, Do These things to Quench it.

1. Find a Towel

Immediately your gas cooker catches fire, find a towel, preferably a big one. Add detergent to a bowl of water and immense your towel into the detergent.

2. Use the towel you soaked inside a bowl of detergent water and cover the gas cylinder.

3. This will make the fire to quench immediately.

But it is always best to avoid things from happening before finding remedies. So here are possible reason why your gas cylinder might catch fire.

1. The Use of a nozzle that is faulty

If you use a nozzle that is faulty, your gas will start leaking from there, which will result to explosion. So once your nozzle becomes faulty, change it.

2. When you fill your gas to the brim

If you gas cylinder is 12kg and you fill it to 12kg, it will start leaking. So never fill your gas cylinder to the brim.

*Where is the liver?*

👉The liver is a large organ *located in the upper-right portion of the abdomen,* just below the diaphragm and to the right of the stomach.

👉It is the largest internal organ in the body and weighs about 3 pounds in adults.
👉The liver is partially protected by the rib cage and is divided into two main lobes, known as the right and left lobes.

👉The liver receives blood from the hepatic artery and the portal vein, which carry oxygen-rich blood and nutrient-rich blood from the digestive system, respectively.

*ANATOMY OF THE LIVER*

👉The liver is located in the upper right-hand portion of the abdominal cavity, beneath the diaphragm, and on top of the stomach, right kidney, and intestines.

👉Shaped like a cone, the liver is a dark reddish-brown organ that weighs about 3 pounds.

👉There are 2 distinct sources that supply blood to the liver, including the following:

👉Oxygenated blood flows in from the hepatic artery

👉Nutrient-rich blood flows in from the hepatic portal vein

👉The liver holds about one pint (13%) of the body's blood supply at any given moment.

👉The liver consists of 2 main lobes. Both are made up of 8 segments that consist of 1,000 lobules (small lobes).

👉These lobules are connected to small ducts (tubes) that connect with larger ducts to form the common hepatic duct.

👉The common hepatic duct transports the bile made by the liver cells to the gallbladder and duodenum (the first part of the small intestine) via the common bile duct.

*How do you get hepatitis B?*

👉Hepatitis B infection comes from the hepatitis B virus (HBV).
👉The virus spreads through bodily fluids. Transmission occurs when fluids from the body of a person who’s infected enter the body of a person who’s uninfected.
👉This might happen through:

👉Childbirth.

👉Sexual contact.

👉Contact with an open wound.

👉Sharing needles or syringes.

👉Sharing a toothbrush or razor.

👉Accidental stick from an infected sharp instrument.

👉HBV can live on surfaces outside of your body for at least seven days.
So, used instruments that haven’t been sterilized can still carry the virus. This includes medical instruments and common items like a toothbrush or razor that may have provoked bleeding.
👉Besides blood, HBV also lives in other bodily fluids, including saliva. 👉But unlike some viruses, hepatitis B isn’t easily transmitted through saliva. That means you aren’t likely to get it from sharing food or eating utensils or from someone coughing or sneezing on you.

b. Another simple technique to get rid of acne using garlic is mixing juice from 2-3 pods of garlic with an equal quantity of white vinegar and applying it to the affected area. The white vinegar helps in maintaining the skin’s pH levels while garlic fights infection.

c. For those who can’t bear the sting that raw garlic causes when used alone, peel a few garlic pods and crush them. Add half tsp. honey and 2 tbsp. yogurt. Boil 250 ml of water and as soon as it comes to a boil, add the garlic. Boil the garlic for 30-35 minutes and make sure that the garlic is always submerged in water. When the garlic has finished boiling, let it cool till it is lukewarm. Now use your mallet or a rolling pin to make a garlic paste and apply this paste liberally on your entire face. The boiling ensures that the garlic is not too strong for the skin.

2. Blackhead And Whitehead Removal

One of the most common skin problems is blackheads. Their occurrence is particularly very high when you have oily skin.

a. Take 2-3 cloves garlic and crush them. Add 1 tbsp. of oatmeal, 1-2 drops of tea tree oil and half tsp. lemon juice. Mix these ingredients with honey to form a thick paste. Spread a thin layer of this paste onto clean skin. After letting it sit for 2-3 minutes, gently exfoliate your face followed by a rinse with warm water. You can also add a few drops of garlic juice in the homemade scrub made out of chickpea flour and turmeric.
