Nothing can be stronger or more comforting than the fact that the Father Himself knows you, loves you, and longs to bless you! In fact, John 17:23 says that God loves us as He loved Jesus. What a staggering thought! Yet it is true! Jesus said it! God the Father is your Father! He cares for you. He is interested in you individually — not just as a group, or as a body of believers, or as a church. God is interested in each of His children, and He loves each one of us with the same love. Get acquainted with your Father through His Word. It is in His Word that you will learn about your Heavenly Father, about His love, His nature, how He cares for you, how He loves you. He is everything the Word says He is. And He will do everything the Word says He will do!

Confession
I love Jesus, and I believe He came out from God. Therefore, the Father Himself loves me. God knows me. He cares for me. He longs to bless me. He is interested in my well-being. I get acquainted with Him through the Word. God is everything the Word says He is. He will do everything the Word says He will do.

2ND TERM SCHOOL FEES COLLECTION IN 2023

Don't sleep,

Collect your money.

No doubt a lot of money would be missing or hanging during this season of election. Don't let it be yours and so I am warning you ahead of time to act fast and be wise.

Some parents are already building resistance to fees payment because of election that starts in February.

They would push you to February and once election starts that would be a major excuse that would last till April to delay payments.

In warfare, you predict your opponent fast and take position if you must win in the game.

Anyone who is slow would be made low.

Instead of slow, shine your eyes and glow.

See your school at the top.

Dear Parents,

I hope you are not waiting until Sunday night to bring out the uniforms and other back to school items in preparation for Monday? You may be shocked to discover the uniforms are now a little too tight courtesy of all the Christmas and New Year enjoyment or too short because they grew taller. There is the probability of a few buttons now missing or a pair of mismatched socks in the mix.

You need to be sure they didn't loose their utensils last term after the exams and you were too happy to take a break from school runs to notice.

If possible, wake them up from tomorrow at the time you do when school is in session to get them use to the new routine by Monday.

Forget about how expensive the hair they made for the holiday was, if it is rough, kindly untie and make another as it is important they look good as they resume. Trim all nails and don't forget to stock up on school need so you won't be looking for where to buy snacks on Monday morning.

Wash their school bags and mend any torn shoes if you can't afford to replace them at the moment, half bread is better than none.

Lastly but not the least, don't forget to start putting finishing touches to the plans of how to pay their school fees by Monday because the school proprietors are not smiling at all.

Moral: When you fail to plan, you are already planning to fail. May God supply all our needs accordingly

This could include academic goals, as well as personal and social goals. It's important you give them scheme for each subject and assessment standard; test and examination.

✍🏼 *Get to know your students* : Take some time to learn about your students' interests, strengths, and areas of weakness for improvement. This will help you tailor your teaching to their needs and help them feel more connected to the material.

✍🏼 *Be patient and understanding* : The first day back can be overwhelming for both teachers and students. Make sure to take a deep breath and be patient with yourself and your students. It may take some time to get back into the swing of things, but with a positive attitude and a little patience, you'll be back on track in no time.

START THE CHANGE
I was coming back from the market in a public bus. There was a slow traffic.

A little boy selling sachet water tried to cross to the other side to sell sachet water to some people in a vehicle.

He missed his step and fell down breaking his plastic basin, throwing all the sachet water away and some bursting in the process.

People along the road started shouting "you nor dey look where you dey go?"

Nigerians are always quick to judge and blame instead of sympathy.

The boy had his head bow in sadness trying to gather the remaining sachet water.

The people who wanted to buy had gone without sympathy. The boy was not more than 13 years... I can imagine the condition of the family that made them send out a boy that young to the highway to sell in order for the family to survive... LIFE!!!!!

I asked the woman sitting close to me in the bus how much is a bag of sachet water... she said about 250 Naira but she is not sure.

I paid the conductor N500 and he gave me N300 change.

I called the boy, he came to my window and I gave him N200.

The woman sitting close to me gave him N200.

The man sitting close to the door stretched his hand across me and the woman and gave him N500.

The lady sitting close to the driver gave him N200

The man at the front seat called him over, gave him 2000 Naira and told him to go home.

The little boy Thanked us, picked his broken basin maybe as an evidence to his mother and left.

I tried not to cry... I am happy I started a motion.

My late father told me,
"If you go watch a masquerade dancing and you want people to clap... start clapping and cheering, people might call you crazy, but some would follow you!"

We might not be able to change the world, but we can change the life of one person.
