NIGER ENDS MILITARY PARTNERSHIP WITH EU, SIGNS PACT RUSSIA

Niger’s military leader has said that the Sahel country is ending two European Union security and defense missions in the country, right after announcing that Niger has agreed to strengthen military cooperation with RUSSIA.

The so called EU security and defense missions is a Niamey - based civilian capacity-building mission called EUCAP Sahel Niger. The mission was launched in 2012 to support Niger’s internal security forces, authorities and non-governmental actors.

At the same time that this EU mission was being terminated, Niger’s foreign ministry also announced in a press statement, that the State of Niger was withdrawing consent for the deployment of an EU military partnership mission in Niger.

The military partnership known as EUMPM was launched in February at the “request” of the Bazoum-led Nigerien authorities, according to the EU council website. The website claims that it was designed to “enhance the ability of the Niger Armed Forces to contain the terrorist threat.” But as far as Nigeriens are concerned, as I have reported several times, these partnerships only made matters worse. In fact, it appeared as if France and the EU only initiated these partnerships to protect their looting machinery on-ground in Niger. This is why Nigeriens came out en masse, and placed their very lives on the line to defend the RUSSIA-leaning Nigerien junta, whom the people deemed as liberators. Today, Niger’s former colonial ruler, France, has been disgraced out of Niger for good, as the withdrawal of their 15,000 troops in the poor, struggling African country is ongoing right now.

At the same time that every apron string tying Niger to France and the EU is being radically and summarily severed, a Russian delegation led by the deputy defense minister met on Monday with Niger’s authorities in Niamey, and the two countries agreed to strengthen military cooperation.

The trip was the first official visit by a member of the Russian government since the July 26 coup in Niger. The delegation led by Colonel-General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov was hosted for talks by Niger’s military leader, Abdourahmane Tiani. Both parties later signed documents to strengthen military cooperation between the Republic of Niger and the Russian Federation. So, it’s a done deal now. Cast on stone! Russia is Niger’s official military partner - a partnership built on the graves of France/EU’s complacent imperialistic misadventures in this great country made poor by design.

Just two days prior, on Saturday, Burkina Faso and Niger also joined Mali in quitting the G5 anti-jihadist force in Africa’s Sahel region. Only Chad and Mauritania now remain in the G5, whose military deployment is largely financed by the European Union. And you know what happens when they finance it…they also control it and not only that, it becomes a cover for them to cunningly militarize our regions, not to fight insecurity but use insecurity in any way they can to achieve their imperialistic geopolitical aims, and this is why the people are in agreement that rather than reduce insecurity, their presence has only led to more insecurity. So, it’s obvious why the liberated states of Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso would abandon just two countries in the sinking G5 ship.

Imagine how proactive and resolute these smaller brother countries have been in the face of oppression. Yet, we have the so called big brothers like NIGERIA, Ghana, Ivory Coast, etc. Bending
over and out of shape to satisfy colonial Europe’s obnoxiously immoral and debauched appetite for subjugation and generational enslavement. It’s such a shame to behold but I guess we have to celebrate the little victories on the Sahel and hope for the sleeping giants to wake, hopefully in our lifetime. God keep Putin alive!

IPOB NAMED INEC OFFICIALS DRAFTED TO IMO STATE AND WARNED THEM NOT TO RIG THE NOVEMBER 11 GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION- IPOB.

The global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the great and indefatigable liberator Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU warns INEC not to throw Imo State into political crisis in the coming Imo State gubernatorial election.

As much as IPOB does not get involved in the Nigeria fraudulent political selection called election, nevertheless, we are not going to be silent and watch the Nigeria Government use corrupt INEC officials to perpetuate evil in Imo State and by extension the Southeast Region.

Everyone is familiar with INEC's fraudulent activities during elections in Nigeria. INEC is not independent but fully dependent on the government in power or to any moneybag politician who lines their pockets. However, in this coming election in Imo State, INEC officials must very circumspect not to throw Imo State into crisis by becoming willing tools to renew another four years-mandate of suffering, hunger, and killings.

INEC officials must not be another Supreme Court that imposed a rejected candidate on Imo Indigenes using the fulanized Supreme Court. That illegality of the Supreme Court threw Imo State into unwarranted suffering, political intimidation, and mass killings.

IPOB members are not politicians and neither partisan, but we are against any political party or government that is toxic to our people. The Supreme Court Governor in Imo State, Hope Uzodinma is a murderer and a mass killer who has killed and forcefully disappeared a lot of people in Imo State. He has ensured that insecurity reigns supreme in Imo State and beyond. Those who are colluding with him to rig him back into power should watch their back. He who fetches an ant infested firewood has indirectly invited lizards for a party. Therefore, INEC officials that Hope Uzodinma handpicked and drafted to rig the Imo State election should be very careful not to buy a market that comes with heavy prices. We want these drafted INEC officials to know that Imo State people are groaning in pains from a killer government and it will be suicidal for them to subvert their wishes in this coming election because of money or threat. If you can't stand the threat and can't say no to bribes to suvert the will of Imo citizens, you have the time to back off. But should you subvert the will of the people, be ready for the consequences. Ndimo and IPOB intelligence in Imo State are watching.

The IPOB intelligence has uncovered some INEC officials that have been drafted to various Imo State Local Government Areas to compromise election results in favour of Hope Uzodinma and APC. All these identified and named officials are from outside Imo State except one official. We advise every one of them to be professional or back off if they can't be neutral and do their job honestly. If they insist on doing the dirty job, then they should get ready for the consequences.

Moreso, those hotel owners in Owerri who have concluded plans to hand over their hotels to the Imo Administrator from the 4th to 11th of November as rigging centers, should be careful not to jeopardize their businesses after the elections. It will be stupid of any hotel owner to sacrifice his hotel business for political expediency. They are hereby warned .

Also, we declare that any religious leader, traditional ruler, or traditionalist campaigning for the Fulani imposed governor, murderous government in Imo State to continue is a hypocrite. That person may be directly or indirectly benefiting from the sponsored insecurity situation in Imo State. 50 decomposing, 20 headless bodies discovered in Abia cattle market - Governor Alex Otti

No fewer than 50 decomposing, 20 headless bodies have been uncovered around Lokpanta Regional Cattle Market in Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State.

Governor Alex Otti made the revelation during a media parley in Umuahia on Sunday night. He expressed regret that the vicinity of the market had become a den of criminals.

He vowed that there was no going back on the decision of the state government to eject all residents out of the market.

The Abia governor said it would become a day market “that closes in the evening and everybody goes home”.

Governor Otti noted that the ongoing campaign against insecurity in the Umunneochi/Isuikwuato axis was beginning to yield fruits.

Also, his administration was poised to pay the cost of restoring sanity, peace and order in the region and the entire state.

He vowed that no inch of Abia State, including where the bodies were found, would be allowed to serve as a breeding ground for criminals.

Furthermore, he said, anybody still opposed to the government’s efforts to sanitise the cattle market must be a criminal or an accomplice.

Governor Otti said that his administration had introduced technology in the fight against insecurity in the state. And he vowed to sustain the heat against criminals until total peace and security were restored.

Governor Otti said: “We have installed electronic equipment that tells us what is happening in every part of the state.

“A few weeks ago, we found that a lot of ransom that was paid for kidnapping ended up somewhere around Umunneochi, and we decided to raid the place.

“During the raid, we made shocking discoveries.

“In less than 48 hours, we recovered over 50 dead bodies around the cattle market in Umunneochi.

“We recovered over 20 decomposing headless bodies — men, women, children! We recovered so many skeletons of people killed.

“We also discovered that gunrunning, prostitution and so many things were happening in the market.

“So, we realised that the first thing to be done is to secure the market. We went in and brought down many brothels. And we felt that the market, just like any other market, should be a day market which starts in the morning and closes in the evening.”

Otti further hinted that part of the measures to boost security in the area was to convert the market to a general-purpose one and to fence it around.

“We also feel that those people hibernating in the market should go and live in the communities. We want to have a peaceful Christmas around Umunneochi and other parts of the state.

“Anybody not supporting this move must be a criminal, and there is no place for criminals anymore in Abia,” he added.

Otti said that the fight against insecurity would not distract his administration from its development agenda, noting that the ongoing infrastructural development is on course.

He explained that apart from the number of road projects already awarded and delivered, more road projects would be awarded in the weeks ahead.

Otti said that three designs had already been received on the Nunya/Isuikwuato road, assuring that very soon the contract will be awarded.

He also said that the contract for the rehabilitation of Ohafia/Abam/Okobo/Arochukwu road, had been awarded.

The governor regretted that previous administrations awarded the same project but failed to execute. He promised that very soon, the age-long jinx that ‘no road to Arochukwu is easy’ would be broken.

He added that while the state government would be undertaking the Abam/Okobo/Arochukwu Road, pressure would be mounted on the Federal Government to rehabilitate the Ohafia/Ihechiowa/ Arochukwu Federal Road.
