*Anchor:* _Matthew 26:41 KJV Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak._
*Thus says the Lord:* Prayer is a safeguard against temptation. It sharpens the sensitivity of your spirit to discern temptation early and strengthens your spirit to resist it. If you don't pray, you will fall prey to temptation. A prayerless Christian is a sinner in disguise. Don't be one. Pray without ceasing.
*To do:* PRAY: Father in Heaven, help me to be ever vigilant on the watch tower of prayer. Teach me more and more how to be increasingly effective in prayer. As I pray, strengthen me with all might in my inner man so that I can steadfastly resist the enemy in faith, in Jesus' name. Amen.
