Tip of the day ,packed my lunch in the morning ,fruit salad and veg salad …fruit salad is gonna be eating first to break my intermittent fasting with my peppermint tea , then veg salad with some carbs and protein for lunchlike two to three hours later , feed well ,your body will thank you ..im about to open a group chat of just 10 people for now to get our body goals in one week dm me if you are up for it

The reason you arent losing weight , carbs are not the enemy but much of it gets stored in the body as fat in the long run if not in use , the idea that we had when we were kids eat a plate of rice with one meat is wrong , having healthy portions and healthy plating is very appropriate that way you can eat the rice and still lose weight ,check out my post on healthy plating to see the right proportions
