Like eating nutritious food, drinking water, and exercising regularly, getting quality sleep is an important component of overall health. Although the exact reasons humans need to sleep remain unknown, sleep experts agree there are numerous benefits to consistently getting a full nightโ€™s rest. Most adults should get at least seven hours of sleep each night.

While sleeping, the body performs a number of repairing and maintaining processes that affect nearly every part of the body. As a result, a good nightโ€™s sleep, or a lack of sleep, can impact the body both mentally and physically.

Use this weekend to get enough rest and sleep.
Wishing you a restful weekend.

Endometriosis is an often-painful condition in which tissue that is similar to the inner lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus.

It often affects the ovaries, fallopian tubes and the tissue lining the pelvis.

Endometriosis can cause pain, especially during menstrual periods. Fertility problems also may develop. But treatments can help you take charge of the condition and its complications.

The main symptom of endometriosis is pelvic pain. It's often linked with menstrual periods. Although many people have cramping during their periods, those with endometriosis often describe menstrual pain that's far worse than usual. The pain also may become worse over time.

Some people with endometriosis have no symptoms. Often, they find out they have the condition when they can't get pregnant or after they get surgery for another reason.

Don't hesitate to come in today once you feel or notice any of the symptoms discussed above.

A balanced vegetable is when you Eat 5 kinds of vegetable and 2 kinds of fruit every day which is for good health.

When buying and serving fruit and vegetables, aim for variety to get the most nutrients and appeal.

If you are someone who doesnโ€™t look forward to eating fruit or vegetables, start slowly with those you do like. Try serving, flavouring or cooking them in different ways. You can also disguise them in sauces, minced meals

1. Genetic abnormalities

In many cases, miscarriage is the result of chromosomal abnormalities. Recurrent pregnancy loss may be caused by faulty chromosomes carried within the egg and/or the s***m, resulting in an embryo with chromosomal abnormalities that often result in miscarriage. Women over the age of 35 are also at a higher risk of producing eggs with chromosomal abnormalities.

2. Untreated medical or endocrine conditions

Medical conditions, such as diabetes, and endocrine disorders, including thyroid disorders, are known to have unfavorable impacts on the uterus. This environment can result in embryos that have difficulty growing and thriving in the uterus.

3. Lifestyle factors

Using recreational drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, and smoking are known to increase the likelihood of miscarriage. Heavy drinking can cause serious harm to a developing fetus and increase chances of pregnancy loss. Smokers also have twice as many miscarriages as those who do not smoke.

4. Cervical insufficiency

A weakened cervix occurs when there is structural problem with cervix, which can lead to miscarriage. When the cervix shortens and opens early, it is unable to hold the embryo or fetus in the uterus. These problems typically arise in the second or third trimester.
