*Job Description*
The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, outgoing personality and be results oriented, with
demonstrated success in advertising sales/services. It is the job of the Sales Rep/Associate to help to
generate quality new business leads and prospects for the organisation according to a predefined set of client
criteria. The Sales Rep/Associate generates research on prospects and assembles reports to use in attracting
and inciting prospects’ interest in the organisation. Also, the Sales Rep/Associate keeps prospect database,
makes and keeps appointments, cold calls leads, and prospects, maintains and follows up on regular new
business mailings to prospects, looks for new leads, creates prospect profiles, and stays up to date on
correspondence relating to all prospect contacts. Looking for candidates in Akure and Allentown areas

*Responsibilities*
 Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
 Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
 Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
 Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
potential for new products and services.
 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
 Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications
 Proven work experience as a sales representative
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office
 Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
 Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
 Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
 Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
 Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
 High school education or above
 Experience in Business-to-Business, Marketing Services, and/or selling to individuals and Small to
Midsize organisation is a plus

*Additional Information*
 Looking for candidates in Akure and Allentown areas
 Agency experience is a plus!
 5-10% Commissions
 Flexible schedule
