✋STOP FOCUSING ON THE REAR-VIEW MIRROR; FACE YOUR FRONT. ✋

Chinedu walks out of the supermarket after getting all that he wanted to. He opens his car and drops the bags he was carrying. He checks his phone to see if he has a message from Chioma, his babe. (He still has 2 hours before their dinner date).

He starts the car and drives out of the mall premises. He keeps checking his rear-view mirror to ensure that no one was behind him.

As soon as he was on the road, he heard a crash, boom! The car came to a stop abruptly.

What happened?
How did it happen?

He realized that he paid so much attention to the rear mirror and never for once looked forward. He drove straight into a street light, thank God no one was around or hurt.

He came down from his car to check the damages, not too bad, he reasoned. He learned his lesson!

Do not be like Chinedu!
Do not wait until something dangerous happens.

Should you look back at your past? Yes! Do that only for the sake of learning lessons that will help you on your journey to the future.

STOP FOCUSING ON YOUR PAST.
RATHER CHANNEL THAT ENERGY TO YOUR PRESENT SO THAT YOU DO NOT CAUSE A DAMAGE.

YOUR PAST IS YOUR PAST.
TODAY IS HERE, SO MAKE IT BETTER.

IT GETS BETTER DAY BY DAY
KEEP BUILDING
KEEP GROWING

A LETTER FROM YOUR QUEEN 

Hello Dear Friend,
Oh! How I miss the good old days
When we all could sit under the moonlight
Admonishing one another in songs and psalms
You might think that I am far away from you
But I am nearer than you can ever imagine
And I will always have you at heart
I thought to write to you as I usually do
To share what I hope will be helpful to you
The position of a Queen is not an easy one
I have had to unlearn and relearn a lot
But I thank God daily for one thing
That I got to know him early enough
And that I prepared myself ahead of the task
I bet you all know my wonderful uncle, Mordecai
Oh! The joy that fills my heart when I think of him
I will forever be grateful for how he brought me up
There is one thing he constantly told me

"Never allow your background put your back on the ground"

Knowing what I wanted out of li fe,I held on to that word while I journeyed
And so it kept me in check till now
I will share a few things that will help you

Seek to discover yourself early. KNOW WHO YOU ARE

Reverence whomsoever God has placed in and over your life

Be wise in your words. Knowing what to say is good but knowing when to and not say anything is more profitable

Learn to value people around you, remember that everyone you meet is important and they are in your life either for a REASON or LESSON

Be Yourself! Be Original! Be Unique

Allow me to drop my pen here for now
So I can attend to some "queenly duties"
I hope to hear from you all soon
Till I do or make time to come around
Ensure to hold on to everything I have said

Remember, YOU ARE A CHANNEL OF BLESSING FROM GOD TO MANKIND
