Frying increases the fat content in a meal. The less you fry, the better for you and your diet
The skin of potatoes are very high in Vitamin C. Boil your potatoes with the skin, ensure to wash before boiling and eat like that 😁
You may eat once a day and actually eat too much. As much as how many times you eat is important, how much you eat in one sitting is even more important. How can you drink 1 jug of tea and 8 slices of bread and say you ate once a day?
Normalise eating boiled fish, boiled meat, boiled turkey and chicken.
You don't always have to fry, this increases the unhealthy fats in that food
Don't keep your vegetables inside water for long; it can lose its Vitamin C. It take little or nothing for vegetables to lose essential nutrients. Don't keep them in fridge for long, don't expose them to excessive sunlight too
Instead of buying biscuits every time…

Eat it early
You are always in a hurry to quickly cook and eat. Everything must be fast, it is either the meat looks raw or the yam is not properly cooked or the egg is not properly boiled. This is why you are battling stomach problems
Ideal breakfast time is 7-9am
Lunch is 1-3pm
Dinner is 7-9pm
Follow this order
After boiling the meat, It cannot be vegetable soup you are cooking for 30 minutes. Why is the ugwu looking black?? Some of you cook for too long and destroy every good nutrient in the food. Food timing is very important in healthy eating
