THE POWER OF CONSISTENCY
Often, people start projects/activities with great zeal only to tire out and give up after a brief period of time. We cannot win this way. To be successful, we must keep pressing on until we reach the desired goal. Take out time to review the things you decided to do at the beginning of this year. If you have abandoned or forgetting about them, it is time to pick them up and continue the race for success.

To be successful one must be determined to remain focussed. Hopefully you have set goals for yourself at the beginning of this year. A lot of people set goals; but a few months down the line they forget about those goals. To be really successful one must have the discipline to stay focused on set goals. Otherwise the goals will mist likely not be accomplished. To begin with, ensure your goals are well documented. Failing which it's as good as not having goals at all.

There is need to maintain healthy relationships. We are supposed to love everyone (generally). We should give no room for hate in our heart against people. However, friendship is a choice. Not everyone should be allowed to be in your inner circle – otherwise you will experience a lot of drawback and bitter experiences. Surround yourself with positive people who are relevant to the accomplishment of your purpose.

Leadership is a necessary function in various aspects of human endeavour. Some people seek leadership positions only because of personal gain. MICROSOFT EXCEL vs POWER BI
Microsoft Excel is often compared with Microsoft Power BI. MS Excel is a very power business tool. Capturing or representing data in the form or rows and columns is very useful for many purposes. Excel worksheet is quite effective for handling data in this form. Such data can then be easily summarized and aggregated. Also Excel has a lot of functions for handling both descriptive and inferential statistics. Therefore apart from being a spreadsheet application software Excel is very useful for Data Analytics.
With all these powerful features of Microsoft Excel why then does anyone have to learn Power BI.
Power BI can be aptly described as a child of necessity. It is a rather more specialized tool. It is not a replacement for Microsoft Excel. Power BI is specialized in high level business intelligence. For example Power BI can be used to summarize and visualize much more complex and heterogeneous data than Excel can possibly handle. Also Power BI data modelling is quite intuitive. Furthermore Power BI DAX is very wonderful.
Visualization is possible in MS Excel to an appreciable extent; but Power BI takes visualization to a whole new level.
