SHORT BREAD/COOKIES
Ingredients
240g flour
170g butter
85 g icing sugar
20 g powdered milk
2 teaspoon vanilla flavor
A pinch of salt
50 g corn flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Procedure
Cream butter & Icing sugar
Add flavor, salt and mix
Add flour, baking powder, milk and corn flour (sieve please)
Mold into ball and roll out on a flat surface
Cut into desired shape and size
Carefully place into greased baking tray and bake at 180oc for 12 minutes

BANANA PUDDING BROWNIES - 😍 OMG DONT LOSE IT
24 vanilla wafers
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 box vanilla pudding
1/3 cup milk
2 TBSP banana extract
2 eggs
Brownies:
2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup melted butter
2 whole eggs + 1 yolk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
To make the filling: Mix cream cheese and vanilla pudding until thoroughly incorporated. Add milk and eggs and mix until combined. Stir in banana extract.
To make brownies: Mix together both sugars, butter, vanilla extract and eggs. Add flour, salt, baking powder. Mix together to form a thick dough. Line a 9x13 glass casserole pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang to lift the brownies out of the pan. Drop the brownie mix in and spread evenly in the pan. Pour filling on top and spread evenly over the dough. Lay vanilla wafers on top in a 4 x 6 pattern. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Crispy fried garlic hot wings🤤🤤🤤
INGREDIENTS:
4 pounds chicken wings, halved at joints, wingtips discarded
2 Tablespoons baking powder *aluminum-free
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Buffalo sauce:
1/3 cup Frank’s Wings Hot Sauce
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 Tablespoon water
DIRECTIONS:
Adjust your oven racks to the upper-middle and lower-middle positions. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack (I use a cooling rack) on top. Spray the rack with non-stick spray.
Use paper towels to pat the wings dry and place them in a large bowl. It’s important to dry them REALLY well!
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder in a small bowl. Then sprinkle the seasoning over the wings, tossing to evenly coat.
Arrange wings, skin side up, in a single layer on prepared wire rack.
Bake, turning every 20 minutes until wings are crispy and browned. The total cook time will depend on the size of the wings but may take up to 1 hour.
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer wings to bowl and toss with sauce.
For Buffalo sauce:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat stir together all sauce ingredients. Mix well until sugar has dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature before adding to wings (or prepare the sauce ahead of time and refrigerate).
The Famous Coleslaw Recipe😋🔥
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 cups finely chopped cabbage (approx. 1 head)
1/4 cup shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
2 tablespoons minced onion
How to Make It:
-Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped into very fine pieces (a little bigger than rice)
-Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in large bowl. Beat until smooth
-Add cabbage, carrots, and onions. Mix well.
-Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you let it sit over night it’s even better.
Layered Pasta Salad
Ingredients
DRESSING
1/2 cup mayo
¾ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
SALAD
3 cups macaroni pasta, cooked and drained
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Half of 1 red bell pepper, diced
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
½ cup frozen green peas, thawed
⅓ cup chopped celery
1 ½ cups diced ham
⅓ cup black olives
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make Layered Pasta Salad
In a small bowl, mix together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, dijon, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
In a large trifle bowl or glass dish, begin layering the ingredients: lettuce first, then pasta, peppers, red onions, peas, celery, ham, olives, dressing, and cheese.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Toss right before serving.
EASY BIG FAT YEAST ROLLS
Ingredients
1 c warm water
1 pkg active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons soft butter
1 large egg, scrambled
3 1/2 – 4 c all-purpose flour
How To Make EASY BIG FAT YEAST ROLLS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree . Placing water & yeast in a large mixing bowl and add the next four ingredients. Beat with dough hook until well blended.
2. Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups of flour and mix until a soft dough forms (it shouldn’t be sticky).
3. Place on a floured board and knead several times until smooth.
4. Placing in a greased bowl, covering with plastic wrap & let in a warm place for 45 min .
5. Punch down and turn it into a floured board.
6. Shape into 12 rolls and place on a greased 13 * 9 baking tray. Leave it rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
8. Grease the surfaces of the rolls with butter or equivalent.

HOW TO MAKE CHIN CHIN (FOUR DIFFERENT FLAVOURS)
1. VANILLA CHINCHIN
4 cups or 500g all purpose flour
1/2 cup or 100g sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
180ml or 3/4 cup fresh milk (you can also use evaporated milk or powdered milk)
8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Vegetable oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Sift the flour, baking powder, nutmeg or cinnamon, sugar and salt into a bowl.
Add the butter or margarine to the dry ingredients and mix until properly combined
Add the vanilla extract to the the milk and mix well, then add the mixture to flour mixture
Also add the egg to the flour mixture and mix everything together until you form a dough
Knead the dough for about 3 minutes till smooth and not sticky
With a rolling pin, roll into a thin sheet on a floured surface and cut to your desired shape and size
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Drain excess oil with a kitchen towel
Let cool and enjoy
2. CHOCO CHINCHIN
Same as above but add 100g of Milo or ovaltine to the dry ingredients before adding the wet ingredients.
NOTE
-If the dough is too strong, add a bit of
water.
-You may or may not omit the vanilla
essence and the nutmeg/cinnamon.
-You can also use cocoa powder instead
of Milo but you have to increase the
amount of sugar used in the vanilla
recipe.
3. COCONUT CHINCHIN
Same as vanilla chinchin, but with the coconut chinchin, you would need a medium sized coconut.
-Break the coconut and pry out the
flesh.
-Blend the coconut flesh with about
150ml of water.
-Sieve out the coconut milk and use in
place of the 180ml of milk used in the
vanilla chinchin recipe.
4. BEETROOT CHINCHIN
Same as the vanilla chinchin, but for
this, you would need a medium sized
beetroot.
-Cook the beetroot, then blend with as
little water as possible and sieve out
the juic
Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes 🔥🔥😍
Ingredients
3 large potatoes
olive oil + salt pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
2 Steaks – I used 10 ounce strip steaks
Olive Oil
Salt pepper, & garlic powder
Steak Seasoning I like using Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning
4 TBSP of butter
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of dried parsley
Instructions
Wash your potatoes and cut up into small cubes
Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley (I don’t use exact measurements for this part)
Cook your potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook
Once the potatoes are cooking, cut your steak into about 1 inch cubes
Coat the steak bites in olive oil and salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning
Once the potatoes are cooked set them aside
Cook steak bites in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes (this got mine about medium)
Melt your butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley
Pour the garlic butter over steak bites and serve over the crispy potatoes
