When talking about a youth or youth, you make reference to three things;
(1) Strength
(2) Opportunity
(3)

Time. One cannot talk about opportunity effectively with out talking about time, hence our definition of the subject will be built around these three words, which are considered the building blocks of the character called "youth"
To enable this subject, first! (1) who am i? (2) what am i? (3) where am i? (4) what am i? This question identifies the circumference of our universe as a man. They could as well be described as the four cardinal point of our human geography, this is because like the earth and it's poles, (north, south, east and west) the youth is to these questions; until your deliberate responds to this questions your world is incomplete. Responding to these questions is like connecting the various point of your life, thereby defining your moment and your time by purpose. (1) Who am i? Is a question directed at your personality. what's your personality? PERSONALITY (personage). You can't do more than you are, which is why you have to understand your DNA,(i.e your make up) to know what you are designed for. Why is it important to know who you are? It's because everything (you will ever become) in life is, can and will only respond to you on one account, and that's "who" if you don't define your self everything becomes undefined, your person is so important because it creates an identity, and every identity is a "brand" so, who are you? Its not enough to know your; name, parents or family you are from, understand that there is more to you than known, do you realise that if you don't know you, you can't speak about you? and ultimately can't do about you. You are what you are, by who you are! (2) What are you? Is a question directed at your capacity. What's your capacity? CAPACITY. To be able to "do about you" "you should be able to know about you". Your ability to answer to "who you are" becomes your capacity for "what you are". You develop strength from knowing who you are and character from knowing what you are. The reason why so many people are weak to success is courtesy to the fact that they don't know what they are,which is why I think there is a difference between "growth and development" your character is schooled from the knowledge of "who" to building "what" are you? Let me challenge you with this question, what can you do? The issue now is, what is God's purpose for my life? The consequence of purpose therefore is that you can't make or create value without purpose and thus your journey towards becoming relevant is abated, this is because when values are miss placed purposes are abused, and once this is the case the actual fact becomes the reality, understand this child of God you are a dream! Whose dream by the way? Gen. 1:26 And God said, let's us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the foul of the air, and over the cattle, and all the earth, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. God's dream! and in his dream there is a plan. The dream of God for your life is as important as your life, because you will have to answer to purpose, every time God looks at you, He sees ahead of you, He sees a nation, it's not all about you, it's all about His plans. Gen. 25:23,28:29,32:28,35:10. Genesis 25:23-34 (KJV)

And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. Genesis 35:10 (KJV)
And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel. Can you see, how God transits from calling Jacob as Jacob to calling him as Israel, He moved him from just being a man to becoming a nation, and a nation is made up of systems, cultures, government and people. Hello! A product is best defined by its manufactural, the transition was from being blessed to being a blessing, please understand that by the "law of significant" your answering to purpose is not by success but by fulfilment, this is the measure of your greatness, the status of greatness is you being a nation and not just a man, as a man your consigned is success but as a nation, you prioritise on fulfilment. All Jacob wanted was for himself but what God wanted for him was for others, the big question is can God trust you with the life of others? God conducted a naming ceremony for Jacob, by the simple act of name change, God was making a statement about his destiny, that it's not about you but others, to maximise your status to greatness you must recognise and understand the place of "DISCOVERY" until you are alone with yourself and by yourself, you can never be accepted to your self. Notice in Gen. 33, he still addressed as Jacob and not by the name of his new status, the reason is because,there are issues, to settle, What are the issues standing between you and your greatness? When Esua saw him, he didn't not see him as Israel, but as Jacob, why? It's because Jacob was under transition, people mistake you for your past, Elisha said to Elijah, if you can see me in my moment of change double portion will be yours,what happened to Mary and the disciples who saw Jesus after resurrection? They could not recognise Him, Mary wanted touching Him after she was told, thinking, He his still but NO! This is the resurrected Jesus that must not compromise being touched, being related to from the past, it's amazing that when people want to describe you,it's based on what you were in the past and that's no fault of theirs because all they have seen and known about you is from the past, but God's, from the future, because that's what's He knows and sees. You transit on account of your vision off and in Gods word,

Rm. 12:2. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...

Until Gods word changes you, you don't amount to Gods will and plans for your life. STRENGTH

I know Most of You don't know the meaning of Nigeria dollars, yuan swap with China.. And why American government is desperately smoothing the relationship with Nigeria.

Soon you will be buying that techno phone you bought at N80,000 for N12,000.

The Central Bank of Nigeria have finally signed the currency swap deal we have been expecting for the past 2 years into existence with the Chinese government.

The importance of this is that since almost 70% of the goods we import come from China and Asia and 12% America why must we use Dollars to transact with China? from now instead of using dollars at N350 to 1dollar to import those goods, we can now buy Yuan at 47 naira to 1 Yuan and import those stuffs directly.

Instead of buying these goods in dollars in China, we will now buy them in Yuan which is 5times cheaper than dollars.

As usual, another giant stride which Print Media, Electronic Media and Nigerian looters will not report or allow you to understand this victory over supremacy of dollars in our daily lives and economic activities.

Up coming reality is that from tomorrow, try to monitor exchange rate. Some of those guys who hoarded foreign currencies to make gains will off load them in order not to have heart attack over their huge loss arising from the currency swap deal with china.
Dollars and pounds will flood everywhere with no buyers, as the buyers will draw naira from their accounts in banks with presence in China.

Many NIGERIAN banks will be seeking to have their representative office in China like first bank saw to the future and already have office in China.
Inflation will go down drastically because of the price of commodities that will drop.

If your prospect starts asking about the price in the beginning of your sales conversation, here’s what you can do…

Prospect: “How much do you charge?”

You: “I don’t know. It depends on what you’re looking for. Tell me a little bit about what you’re looking for.”

And they’ll start telling you everything you need to know to close the sale.

However, if they’re ready to buy right now, you can close the sale instead of using “I don’t know.”

Another example is:

Prospect: “Why do you charge so much? I can get it cheaper elsewhere.”

You: “Why do you think our clients pay us this much?

Prospect: “Well, because you do a good job, I suppose?”

You: “Let’s pretend we do a good job, and we can help you do X, Y, Z, what’s going to happen next?”

𝑩𝑶𝑶𝑴!

When you use, “I don’t know”, you’re getting the prospect to give you more information.

And you’re redirecting the question, so all the pressure is on the prospect… not you.

Now, don’t say, “I don’t know” to EVERY question…

You only want to use it very few times during a sales conversation.

And if you sense the prospect wants some answers, give them the answer and follow it up with a question.

Apple CEO - Tim Cook has some advice for college students obsessed only with pursuing a career for the paycheck: Think different.

"My advice to all of you is, don't work for money — it will wear out fast, or you'll never make enough and you will never be happy, one or the other," Cook says. The tech titan spoke in Scotland on Wednesday after receiving an honorary degree from The University of Glasgow.

"You have to find the intersection of doing something you're passionate about and at the same time something that is in the service of other people," he says.

"I would argue that, if you don't find that intersection, you're not going to be very happy in life."

Cook is not advocating that students volunteer indefinitely. Rather, he recommends finding a paid job that aligns with your sense of purpose.

"There's a big difference between loving to work and loving the work. And there's a big difference between whether you fall in love with some work that is just for profits or revenues versus work that is in the service of others. And so I feel very strongly about that."

He has followed that advice, after all, and it has served him well. He loves his job and gets paid handsomely for it: In 2016, Cook made $8.75 million.

"FIND THE INTERSECTION OF DOING SOMETHING YOU'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT AND ... SOMETHING THAT IS IN THE SERVICE OF OTHER PEOPLE."

He acknowledges that: "I've been very fortunate to wind up with an incredible company where I'm very passionate about what we do and it also stands at the exact intersection of my values."

But not everybody is so fortunate. That's why, to some, the advice felt painfully naive. After all, grocery bills, student loans and other financial obligations can't wait for you to find a passion that pays.

Despite the criticism the Apple CEO has received, Cook's advice to find a career path that piques your natural interest is widely regarded by many of the most accomplished individuals.

For example, billionaires Warren Buffett and Bill Gates have both attributed their success in life to being driven by their curiosity. And Shark Tank investor and entrepreneur Daymond John has also said that being passionate about your work is an essential element of success.
