To win in Network Marketing you must have one mindset. The lack of this mindset has lead so many potentially great people to give up and abandon this business. This is the mindset.

NEVER HOLD YOURSELF RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FAILURES OF OTHER PEOPLE. DON'T ACCEPT THE CRAP WHEN LAZY PEOPLE HEAP THEIR SH*TS ON YOU.

First of all this is a business. Give it the respect it deserves as a business and it will pay you like a business. Treat it like a joke and you will earn a joke for income.

I have seen a lot of people come into this industry, do nothing, refuse to attend trainings, refuse to follow instructions, display such epic laziness that makes even the devil quiver and yet they have the audacity to blame you for connecting them to the business. They say the business does not work, they come on Facebook and rant their mouths away. These lazy people are everywhere.

If you are reading this and your brain is telling you that someone else is responsible for your failure then you have mental laziness.
Remember. Don't cry for the money you did not make from the business you did not do.

I am allergic to laziness and lazy people. Once I see you are lazy, I keep my distance. Laziness is a virus. Social distancing from Lazy people is strongly recommended.

You can never win in this business or in any other business without the following.

1. A structure that holds you accountable.
2. A system that defines your Standard Method of Operation
3. Process that defines your workflow

This is why my Network Marketing Business is a big business that pays leverage income. Any business without accountability is just a playgroup. If you join this business and feel too big to be mentored you will naturally fade away.

Remember that success will never lower its standard to accommodate you. You must raise your standard to attain success.

If thousands of people a happily succeeding in this business and you are not, take a good look at the mirror and you will see the lazy person responsible for your failures.

Work on that person. Our industry is not under trial. We have proven our worth.

IN REALITY,
if you offer JOB and
BUSINESS to people,
they would choose JOB
because most people
do not know that
BUSINESS can bring
more MONEY than
Wages.

Similarly,
Robert Kiyosaki,
author of the best
selling book "RICH DAD,
POOR DAD" and also a
business partner of
Donald Trump said:

_"One of the reasons
poor are poor, is
because they are NOT
TRAINED TO RECOGNIZE
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
OPPORTUNITIES.

They spend too much time in school and what they have learnt in school, is to WORK FOR
WAGES instead of
MONEY WORKING FOR
THEM.

Profit is better than
Wages, for Wages can
make you a living but
Profits can bring you a
Fortune."

THINK INVESTMENT
and stop fighting over
increments of salaries,
it still won't be enough

Hear this from a

"Academic excellence is
overrated!

Being top of your class does not necessarily
guarantee that you will be at the top of life.

You could graduate as the best student in Finance but it doesn't mean you will make more money than
everybody else.

The best graduating
Law student does not necessarily become the
best lawyer.

The fact is, life requires more than the ability to
understand a concept, memorise it and reproduce it in an exam.

School rewards people for their memory.

Life rewards people for their imagination.

School rewards caution, life rewards daring.

School hails those who live by the rules.

Life exalts those who break the rules and set new
ones.

So do I mean people
shouldn't study hard in school?

Oh, no, you
should.

But don't sacrifice every other thing on the altar of First Class.

Don't limit yourself to the classroom.

Do something practical.

Take a leadership
position.

Start a business and
fail.

That's a better
Entrepreneurship 101.

Join or start a good club.

Contest an election and lose.

It will teach you
something Political
Science 101 will not
teach you.

Attend seminars, training and workshop.

Read books outside the scope of your
course.
Read!
Read!!
Read!!!

Do something you
believe in!

Think less of becoming an excellent student
but think more of
becoming an excellent person.

Don't make the
classroom to be your world but Make the world your classroom.

Step forward, try farming, try businesses, try an extra thing .
"Entrepreneurship is the salt of life" diversify ur income.

AS WE EMBARK ON ANOTHER HISTORICAL MISADVENTURE !

I heard yesterday that plans are afoot by the CRSG to rename Goldie Street as Esther Bassey Street in honour of the departed chairman of Calabar South Local Government Council, and my immediate reaction was:
Must we dishonor past achievers in order to elevate current ones? Why can’t we go through her records and pick one of the several things she must have done and use it to honour her?

WHO WAS REV. HUGH GOLDIE?

Goldie was born in 1815 in Kilwinning, Scotland.
He later moved to Jamaica where he completed his theological studies under Rev. Jameson of Goshen, Jamaica.
The Jamaica Mission Presbytery licensed him to preach in February 1844.
After six years' Labour as a teacher and catechist at Stirling and Negril, he was ordained for the African Mission by the Falmouth Presbytery on July 17, 1846.
Together with his wife, he arrived Calabar on the 16th of June 1847 to commence mission work.

Rev Hugh Goldie spent about forty eight years of his life laboring in the mission fields of Old Calabar , and among the achievements associated with him are the following:

- Was severally in charge of Duke Town Station

- Took Charge of Creek Town Station

- Was a prolific writer and translator; his works include the following "Iko nkpo oro emi ewetde ke Akani Testament" Little Efik catechism Small hymn book in Efik Translation of the New Testament in Efik (1862) Efik - English dictionary (1864) Calabar and its mission ( the authoritative record of the activities of the early missionaries)

- Carried out the first act of public baptism at Creek Town on 16th October 1853 when he publicly baptized the legendary Esien Esien Ukpabio who “became the first native teacher, and afterwards pastor, and the " father " of the Missionary Presbytery of Biafra.

- Credited with constituting the "Old Calabar Mission Committee" into the first Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria on 1st September 1858.

-Commenced the Presbyterian Mission at Ikoneto in July 1856

-Was part of the team that carried out preliminary survey in 1850 for the expansion of the mission to Uwet.

He died in Calabar on 18th of August 1895 and is buried here.

Goldie Street stands as befitting memorial for a man who spent 48 years of his life in Old Calabar contributing immensely to the religious and social emancipation of the people.
He is highly revered by the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Christians all over the world , and the people of Old Calabar in General.

We should learn to eschew sentiments and rein in our emotions when taking actions in the public sphere.

PLEASE, PLEASE LEAVE GOLDIE STREET ALONE. IT IS PART OF OUR CHERISHED HISTORY!
