The UK is phasing out physical biometric residence permits (BRPs) and replacing them with a digital eVisa system. This means no more carrying a BRP card—your immigration status will be fully online!

📅 Note: All physical BRPs will expire on December 31, 2024.

If you are a prospective student starting your visa process, follow these 4 steps to switch to the eVisa once you arrive in the UK and receive your BRP.
