The word"Contented is an adjective word meaning being satisfied or pleased. To be contented is to be satisfied with your needs, happy with where you are,what you have and want to fulfill the desire of your soul or mind. Do you know that satisfaction is the key to happiness and peace.
Nowadays,many people are not contented with what they have achieved but are living materialistic lives, never satisfied with their wealth abundance,more they have and more they want. They don't care about the need of their souls.
Contentment is the state of being contented or happiness in one's situation. It is the state of mind that gives satisfaction a d peace, regardless of what the situation is whether bad or good.The job of being contented is the understanding that under the circumstances,there should be no discouragement or giving up . It doesn't also recognize laziness or idleness. It is just that with little you have ,be grateful and apprective while at the same time continue making More efforts to improvement your situation.In the state of contentment your
efforts to improve, shouldn't be done chasing material things at the expense of spiritual growth. Knowing and understanding yourself then accepting who you are,gives you a feeling's of emotional and spiritual contentment.Having content in life involves finding joy and meaning in the simple things ,cultivating gratitude for what one has, focusing on the positive aspect of life.It doesn't mean that one never faces challenges or difficulties and emotional situations but rather that one approaches these challenges with resilience, circumspect,perservance and, strength and maintain an overall sense of inner peace.
Contentment involves living in alignment with one's values and priorities pursuing personal growth and meaningful relationships and finding a sense of purpose or fulfillment in one's actions and contributions to the world. We should learn to be contented in life. Contentment can only occurs when you deteach yourself from.worldly attractions and discover the purpose of real life and how you can contribute meaningfully to the betterment of the society and the world.
