Just when I was chilling, a message popped up in my WhatsApp pm.

I opened it, but to view the content, I needed to download it, which I did, almost immediately.

He said, "It's long overdue. I just decided to surprise you". Omo, see me see more grinning and smiles...lol. That means, he's got it in mind for sometime now, to design something for my side hustle?

I was surprised and elated. Told him, "Yeah, your surprise got me and I like it so much."

Before the close of today, let me tell you something that happened yesterday via this Facebook street.

You see that question, who Facebook epp? Abeg, no dey carry am cm my side 🙏🙏🙏
That question no be for people like me...park one side mbok.

So, two nights ago, Mrs Adesina toyin (the woman on a flowery blue gown) made some enquiries about a pair of shoes via messenger. We chatted and she asked me how she could get the pair of shoes the next day at her work place, and I assured her she will, all I needed was her convenient time. She gave me 9/10am.

The next day, in the morning, I chatted with her to remind her of my coming. She gave her nod and said I should stick to 10am. By 9:50am, I was there, few minutes later, I got to her office.

Surprisingly, she's told her colleague I was coming with her shoes and some other pairs (she told me to come along with some other shoes). Getting there, with the thought that I would be selling at least a pair or let's say, two, I sold 3 pairs of shoes; she bought two, her colleague bought one.

She even put a call through to her other colleagues to idk if they would love to buy too but they said they weren't aware of my coming, so they didn't plan buying shoes but at least, I've established my customers there. I'm happy about that.

I asked myself later that day, what has taken me that long to bring my side hustle to social media? But I guess, it was not the time, moreover, it is better done than never.
