Even the sun, the moon, and the stars do not rise suddenly. The only thing that rises suddenly are weeds. And as quickly as they come, they are gone. Don’t be in search for quick wealth. It may come, but it will go. Instead, obey the law of process and rise gradually. Yoruba people say sùúrù ni baba ìwà. Àgbà tó ní sùúrù, ohun gbogbo ló ní.. Wealth that will kill you comes overnight. Riches that will heal you comes over time. Let people overtake you. Life is not a race. Keep your pace. Mango and orange don't compete. Their seasons are different

You are not a monkey. You are a human being. So, why do you keep choosing bananas over banana trees? That is what you do when you get money and spend it. Plant your banana. Wait for it to become a tree. And viola! You will have bananas for the rest of your life. Do this even if you have to starve for a while. Don't say, 'How much am I even earning?' It is your duty and your responsibility alone to get yourself out of poverty. Nobody owes you wealth. Not your government or your boss. Understand this, or you will forever be at a loss!

Don't help people because they have gone viral. Famous people can sometimes be pompous people, and may bite the hand that fed them, because they credit their fame for your generosity, not your kindness. Though not all, but many poor people that trend also have egos that trend with them. And their entitlement mentality can be very high. Their humility fades too quickly. Allow foolish people get carried away with their sudden fame and make commitments to them. You hold your tongue. If you must be generous, start with your own family, then move to your community, before going outside. Generosity for popularity often leads to calamity.

Kindness cannot change the nature of a snake. Its nature is encoded into its DNA. So, even if you sacrificially love a snake, at the right time, it must still bite you. Stop trying to change the nature of the snakes in your life. Once you realise their nature, just exit their pasture. If you don't, the creature will bite you, and the sin will be on your head. Because God gave you a brain, but you decided to misuse it.

Your mind has to be stronger than your emotions, and your spirit has to be stronger than your mind, or you can never have wealth and power. If your emotions are stronger than your mind, you will be too sensitive. You will get offended too easily. And if your mind is stronger than your spirit, you will always react, and it will be easy to manipulate you. Be strong enough not to do everything your mind tells you to do, and be emotionally intelligent, not to take things personally. Be like this, and wealth and power will naturally gravitate towards you.

Go to sleep with a plan so you can be the man who wakes up with a purpose. When you wake with a purpose, you will be well composed. And the day will just give you what you want because you are ready and steady. Never go to bed without first planning your tomorrow.

Stop waking up to wonder or ponder what you will do today. Plan. Then, wake up to execute your plans. Take 15 minutes before you sleep to plan your tomorrow. What will you wear? What will you eat? Who you will meet, etc. A clear vision and mission brings provision!

It is better to be a servant in heaven than a king in hell. Move out of that low-rent district, even if it means living in a single room in a high-brow neighbourhood. Less space in paradise is better than more space in the Lake of Fire. Your neighbours affect how you think, speak and act. As you interact with them, you exchange spirits, energies and vibrations. That is why Yeshua, Abraham, Jacob, and Moses had to leave their neighbourhood to fulfil their destinies. You need a neighbourhood with libraries, parks, clubs, sports centres and places to work. You don't need one full of brothels, sports betting shops, pool, beer parlours, lottery and Ponzi schemes, and miracle money prosperity churches. Leave that place or live and die in the rat race! But whatever you do, don't marry or have a child there. Because once you marry or have a child there, leaving is almost impossible. And worse, you are passing your inter generational poverty to your offspring.

For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. - 2 Timothy
