Dr. is a native of , state but left the country in the mid 80s and now lives in , . He was an administrator at the College of Education, Benin City. There, he was recognized as the Educator of the Year for securing funding used to design and implement pre-service teacher education programs.

He has four graduate degrees, a degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Cincinnati. He got his 5th and 6th Master’s degree in at Regis University and Information Systems at the Keller Graduate School of and started his 7th in , #2017.

He served as the Administrator of the City School System from 1992 to 2011, where he coordinated staff and student recruitment. He taught for five years (1987- 1992) in the aforementioned school district.

Tomisin’s passion is to in STEM. For her Rise project, Tomisin created a with a series of for girls interested in , and used the information to connect them to opportunities and where they could grow their interests.
