1. Reflect on Your Past
2. Identify Your Values
3. Explore Your Passions
4. Assess your Strengths and Weaknesses
5. Set Personal Goals
6. Practice mindfulness and self awareness
7. Seek continues learning and Growth.

Now, interestingly, each of the steps outlined above must start with God and end with God.
Why God? Because nothing starts serving its purpose without first referencing its creator.
Every device you purchase comes with a User manual - the manufacturer gives you every information you need to operate that device. So, to understand how you should function, you must visit your "manufacturer" (God) again and again.

If you're an Atheist, we'll talk about you another day, cause atheism is fundamentally a problem of lost or undiscovered identity.

Without further ado, let's dive in:

𝟏. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭:
Examine your past experiences, both positive and negative, to understand what has shaped your beliefs, values, and behaviors. This can involve journaling or talking to a trusted friend or therapist, I recommend God, he will lead you to a third (professional therapist or confidant) party if necessary. How do you talk to God? Pray, study the bible (whether you're Christian or not). The bible is a book that helps all mankind.

𝟐. 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬:
Internally, Value is both virtue and inherent potentials. Virtue basically defines your character - are you loving, good, kind, peaceful, generous, etc. all the things that the most perfect human being that ever lived is (talking about Jesus). Your potentials are your skills and talents, the things you have the natural ability to do, with or without basic education.
Externally, to identify your values, determine what is most important to you in life - Values are the principles that guide your decisions and actions. Create a list of your core values and reflect on how they influence your daily life. Here.
Also, start and end with God on this journey.

𝟑. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Think about the activities or topics that excite and energize you. Engage in different hobbies, volunteer work, or new experiences to discover what you truly enjoy and find fulfilling. Remember to start and end with God too.

𝟒. 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬: Understand your unique talents and areas for improvement (this is also what makes you valuable). Use tools like personality tests or seek feedback from others to gain insight into your strengths and how you can leverage them. Make sure those that you're seeking feedback from are people that will give you constructive criticism not destructive criticism. This is why you must invite God as your take on this journey.

𝟓. 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬:
Define what you want to achieve in various aspects of your life, such as career, relationships, and personal growth. Make sure these goals align with your values and passions, and make sure you're God-guided and God-inspired. Basically, you can't do life most successfully without God.

𝟔. 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬:
Cultivate mindfulness through meditation and bible study (remember the bible isn't an instructional book for only Christians?), other practices that help you stay present and aware of your thoughts and emotions, I recommend prayers. This helps in making conscious choices aligned with your true self, discovered through and by communication with your "manufacturer"

𝟕. 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡:
Embrace a mindset of lifelong learning. As the saying goes "you start dying when you stop learning. Read books, take courses, and engage in activities that challenge you and broaden your perspective. Self-discovery is an ongoing process that evolves with time.

These steps will be discussed more broadly. They will guide you in understanding yourself better and living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Remember, You're destined to shine; it's simply your nature.
