Business plays an integral part in the development and economy of any country. Businesses are responsible for proving the jobs, goods and services need by the people in a country, hence there is need for more businesses in any nation. Businesses are conducted in various ways, some may be in a sole proprietorship, limited liability, or even as a joint venture. For businesses to grow and expand very well, there is a need to have people managing the affairs of the business. How the profits are made, give financial advice, oversee the day to day use of funds, and also to bring in more investments, that where administrator or manager comes-in....,
business administration or business management is a career field that focuses on the planning, analyzing, management, and organizing of various business activities and financial needs of an organization. Business administration is a very versatile field of study ......and obtaining a degree in business administration can be used on a professional level that is, as an employee or for independent and personal purposes that is by operating your own business too.

*SOME REASONS WHY ITS IMPORTANT*

1. *Lots of job opportunities*: in business administration, there are lots of jobs and careers which you can get. Some of which are accounting, marketing, human resources, sales manager, and others. ```Advice to All students✅```

Most students have potentials and what is required to become the best among the best in the university, but what they lack the most is lack of advice's and orientation , university is not a fashion parade ground , its where that is free to express yourself and bring out the best potentials of a students, below are some personal advice to students:-

1. *Set high personal and academic standards for yourself, and live up to them.* Listen to that little voice inside you that says, “I can do this.” Believe in yourself. Realise that school is work; it’s not play time. Settle for nothing less than your very best. Willingness to accept anything less than the very best too often becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy. Strive for an “A” in all your courses. If you fall short of an “A”, you might earn a “B”. If you fall short of a “C” but don't allow yourself to fail

2. *Strive to understand. Don’t merely memorize;* increase your depth of understanding. If you undestand one page of handouts you can come up with three pages of essay from that one page you understand , mind you stages or levels are integrated what you have been thought in level one will be useful in level 2,3 & 4, You need to attempt to fully comprehend what you need to know and be able to do as a result of your education and you if you just memorise you can't make a difference.

3. *Remember that grades count.* The best jobs with the best pay most often go to those with the best grades, most of the job opportunities in our great country Nigeria comes with requirements and among the requirement is certain class of degree, take our lecturers as a case study all of them are either first class or second class upper, don't just get score but try to get High grades, imply intelligence, personal excellence
