Journalists as watchdog of the societies play important role in the development of every nation and humanity through impactful reportage.
Unfortunately, in spite of these commendable efforts, their pay is less which posed denigration of their reputation and core value of the job.
As such, something should be done to improve the welfare of media practioners which will in turn make the work more transparent.

Tracing back the centuries lots of veteran journalists have been eliminated some honourably while others severely, journalists as the watchdog of the societies play an important role in comprehending the plight of the nation and alert the relevant authority for immediate development both on humanity and capital projects.
Unfortunately, in spite of their commendable efforts the government still pay them less upon all their commitments, that posed outright denigration of their reputation and core value job. Something should be done to landscape our media practioners that will make their work more transparent.

Citizen journalism, participatory journalism, or collaborative journalism are all terms referring to the modern approach of news reporting and storytelling by the person traditionally referred to as the consumer, is now also an essential stakeholder in the sharing and dissemination of news and information, a role previously reserved for professional journalists only.
The new generation of internet users is more engaged than ever, and the use of point-and-shoot devices like smartphones with cameras has helped break stories and spread misinformation, thus making it a double-edged sword.
Social media's global pe*******on and the widespread use of smart devices have enabled us all to join in the transfer of information to large audiences in real-time using multimedia in the blink of an eye, something which was unthinkable decades ago.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
Continuation...
6. Be open to feedback: Be open and receptive to feedback from colleagues and supervisors. Actively listen to their suggestions or criticisms without becoming defensive, and consider how you can improve your communication based on their input.
7. Be mindful of your tone: The tone you use in written and verbal communication can greatly impact how your message is received. Strive for a respectful and professional tone, avoiding unnecessary aggression, sarcasm, or passive-aggressiveness.
8. Use visual aids: When presenting complex information, visuals such as charts, graphs, or diagrams can effectively convey your message. Visual aids help make information more digestible and memorable for others.
9. Follow up and confirm: After important conversations or meetings, it's helpful to follow up with a summary email or message to confirm agreements, action items, or any unresolved issues. This ensures everyone is on the same page and minimizes miscommunication.
10. Respect cultural and linguistic differences: In diverse workplaces, be mindful of cultural and linguistic differences. Be patient, understanding, and respectful when communicating with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, and make an effort to adapt your communication style, if necessary.
By implementing these effective communication strategies, you can foster understanding, collaboration, and productivity within the workplace and build strong professional relationships with colleagues.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
Effective communication is a critical skill in the workplace. Here are some effective ways to communicate at work:
1. Active listening: Focus on what the speaker is saying without interrupting and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Paraphrase or summarize their points to demonstrate that you are actively engaged in the conversation.
2. Be clear and concise: When expressing your thoughts or giving instructions, be clear and concise to avoid any confusion. Use simple and straightforward language, providing all the necessary information without unnecessary jargon or ambiguity.
3. Use non-verbal cues: Non-verbal cues such as maintaining eye contact, nodding, and using appropriate facial expressions help to convey interest and understanding. Your body language should be open and engaged, which encourages others to feel comfortable in expressing themselves.
4. Choose the right communication medium: Different situations call for different communication methods. Use face-to-face conversations for complex or sensitive topics, email for formal requests or updates, instant messaging for quick questions or updates, and phone calls for urgent matters. Consider the most appropriate medium to ensure your message is delivered effectively.
5. Practice empathy: Understand and empathize with the perspectives and emotions of others. This helps to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and create a positive and inclusive work environment. Consider the impact of your words and actions on others.

A few of these stories written and submitted by citizen journalists have risen to prominence and are always used to serve as a reminder of the dangers of publishing stories from anonymous ,untrained sources or without verifying the information. In atypical case of “one bad apple can spoil the barrel".
Steve Jobs once said :
We do not say anything about our future products we work on them in silence and then we shock the world by releasing them to the world.
