CAUTION! CAUTION!! CAUTION!!!
Someone saw a misplaced phone, and took it, expecting a call so he can return it.
So he got a call, and told them where to meet him up, he was preparing for work and they kept on calling, so they finally met at a junction, what he saw were police men. To cut the long story short, they handcuffed him and took him to cell, base on the owner of the phone was killed the previous night and robbed of a huge amount from his account.
Now he is in prison for trying to do good, no evidences that he is not the actual person that killed the victim. So we should all be careful, even if u see a phone on the ground and if they wanna sell a used phone to u, don’t buy to avoid involving yourself in such a mess.

CANCER AWARENESS PROGRAM
SECTION 3
CAUSES OF CANCER
CANCERS can be caused by a number of different factors and, as with many other illnesses, most cancers are the result of exposure to a number of different causal factors. It is important to remember that, while some factors cannot be modified, around one third of cancer cases can be prevented by reducing behavioural and dietary risks.
MODIFIABLE RISK FACTORS INCLUDE:
ALCOHOL – The evidence that all types of alcoholic drinks are a cause of a number of cancers is now stronger than ever before. Alcohol can increase the risk of six types of cancers, including bowel (colore**al), breast, mouth, pharynx and larynx (mouth and throat), oesophageal, liver and stomach. The evidence suggests that in general, the most alcohol drinks people consume the higher the risk of many cancers, and that even moderate alcohol intake increases the risk of cancer.
BEING OVERWEIGHT OR OBESE – excess weight has been linked to an increased risk of developing 12 different cancers, including bowl and pancreatic cancers. In general, greater weight gain, particularly as adults, is associated with greater cancer risks.
DIET AND NUTRITION – Experts suggest that diets and nutritional intake, particularly diets high in red meats, processed meats, salted foods and low in fruits and vegetables have an impact on cancer risks, particularly colorectum, nasopharynx and stomach1, 2, 3.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY – regular physical activity not only helps to reduce excess body fat and the cancer risks associated with this, but being physically active can help to reduce the risks of developing colon, breast and endometrial cancers.
TO***CO – To***co smoke contains at least 80 different cancer-causing substances (carcinogenic agents). When smoke is inhaled the chemicals enter the lungs, pass into the blood stream and are transported throughout the body. This is why smoking or chewing to***co not only causes lung and mouth cancers but is also related to many other cancers. The more a person smokes, the younger they start, and the longer they keep smoking, all further increase the risk of cancer. Currently to***co use is responsible for around 22% of cancer deaths.
IONIZING RADIATION – Manmade sources of radiation can cause cancer and are a risk for workers. These include radon, x-rays, gamma rays and other forms of high-energy radiation. Prolonged and unprotected exposure to ultraviolet radiations from the sun, sunlamps and tanning beds can also lead to melanoma and skin malignancies. Fair skinned people, individuals with a lot of moles or who have a family history of melanoma or non-melanoma skin cancer, are at highest risk. However, people of all skin tones can develop skin cancer, including individuals with darker skin.
WORK PLACE HAZARDS – Some people risk being exposed to a cancer-causing substance because of the work that they do. For example, workers in the chemical dye industry have been found to have a higher incidence than normal of bladder cancer. Asbestos is a well-known workplace cause of cancer - particularly a cancer called mesothelioma, which most commonly affects the covering of the lungs.
INFECTION – Infectious agents are responsible for around 2.2 million cancer deaths annually. This does not mean that these cancers can be caught like an infection; rather the virus can cause changes in cells that make them more likely to become cancerous. Around 70% of cervical cancers are caused by Human papillomavirus (HPV) infections, while liver cancer and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma can be caused by the Hepatitis B and C virus, and lymphomas are linked to the Epstein-Barr virus. Bacterial infections have not been thought of as cancer-causing agents in the past, but more recent studies have shown that people who have helicobacter pylori infection of their stomach develop inflammation of the stomach lining, which increases the risk of stomach cancer.

SECTION 2
TYPES OF CANCERS
Cancer can be classified according to the type of cell they start from. There are five main types:
CARCINOMA – A cancer that arises from the epithelial cells (the lining of cells that helps protect or enclose organs). Carcinomas may invade the surrounding tissues and organs and metastasise to the lymph nodes and other areas of the body. The most common forms of cancer in this group are breast, prostate, lung and colon cancer
SARCOMA – A type of malignant tumour of the bone or soft tissue (fat, muscle, blood vessels, nerves and other connective tissues that support and surround organs). The most common forms of sarcoma are leiomyosarcoma, liposarcoma and osteosarcoma
LYMPHOMA AND MYELOMA – Lymphoma and Myeloma are cancers that begin in the cells of the immune system. Lymphoma is a cancer of the lymphatic system, which runs all through the body, and can therefore occur anywhere. Myeloma (or multiple myeloma) starts in the plasma cells, a type of white blood cell that produces antibodies to help fight infection. This cancer can affect the cell's ability to produce antibodies effectively
LEUKAEMIA – Leukaemia is a cancer of the white blood cells and bone marrow, the tissue that forms blood cells. There are several subtypes; common are lymphocytic leukaemia and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia
BRAIN AND SPINAL CORD CANCERS – these are known as central nervous system cancers. Some are benign while others can grow and spread.

CANCER AWARENESS PROGRAM
SECTION ONE (1)
What is cancer ?
Cancer is a disease which occurs when changes in a group of normal cells within the body lead to uncontrolled, abnormal growth forming a lump called a tumour; this is true of all cancers except leukaemia (cancer of the blood). If left untreated, tumours can grow and spread into the surrounding normal tissue, or to other parts of the body via the bloodstream and lymphatic systems, and can affect the digestive, nervous and circulatory systems or release hormones that may affect body function.
CANCER TUMOURS can be divided into three groups:
1. BENIGN
2. MALIGNANT
3. PRECANCEROUS
1. BENIGN TUMOURS: are not cancerous and rarely threaten life. They tend to grow quite slowly, do not spread to other parts of the body and are usually made up of cells quite similar to normal or healthy cells. They will only cause a problem if they grow very large, becoming uncomfortable or press on other organs - for example a brain tumour inside the skull.
2. MALIGNANT TUMOURS: are faster growing than benign tumours and have the ability to spread and destroy neighbouring tissue. Cells of malignant tumours can break off from the main (primary) tumour and spread to other parts of the body through a process known as metastasis. Upon invading healthy tissue at the new site they continue to divide and grow. These secondary sites are known as metastases and the condition is referred to as metastatic cancer.
3. PRECANCEROUS (OR PREMALIGNANT): describes the condition involving abnormal cells which may (or is likely to) develop into cancer.

Mother Teresa
For those of you asking "who is Mother Teresa?" After a life dedicated to charity and humanitarian work, she is regarded as one of the most selfless people to have ever lived, and her efforts were recognized in 1979 when she won the Nobel Peace Prize. However, one of the most admirable things about Mother Teresa is that she wasn't doing it for the recognition – she spent nearly 30 years of her life helping others before anybody even knew who she was. She believed in doing whatever was possible to help, whether big or small, with her philosophy being; "If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one."
HOW ARE YOU CELEBRATING CHILDREN'S DAY
Usually, Children’s Day in Nigeria is celebrated with lots of parades and parties. Schools can organise the parades themselves and give children the opportunity to get involved in the celebrations. The Nigerian government organises an official annual parade for the event, with local teachers, parents and children all getting involved.
Some TV and radio stations also get involved in the fun, letting children broadcast and anchor programmes for part of the day. This can give young children some valuable experience in these roles and brighten up the day for viewers and listeners. As well as this, children might be offered the chance to shadow adults at work in their jobs – for example, some governors let children shadow them in office. This can help children gain some experience and inspire them to work hard for the future.
As part of Children’s Day, many religious groups also celebrate with parties and events for less privileged children. It’s often seen as an opportunity to highlight any plights that young Nigerians might face and aims to address these to help support the children of Nigeria.

For a better and healthy relationship that will lead to marriage, Know your partner Genotype🙌 Ask your partner his/her genotype when toasting and accepting 🙏.
Your kid health matters
Your marriage counts...
What is a Genotype?
A genotype is the entire genetic constitution of an individual, i.e. the genetic makeup of an organism or group of organisms with reference to a single trait, set of traits, or an entire complex of traits. In a nutshell: your genotype is your complete heritable genetic identity; the sum total of genes transmitted from parent to offspring.
There are four hemoglobin genotypes (hemoglobin pairs/formations) in humans: AA, AS, SS and AC (uncommon). SS and AC are the abnormal genotypes or the sickle cells. We all have a specific pair of these hemoglobin in our blood which we inherited from both parents.
Why it’s Important to Know Your Genotype
Knowing one's hemoglobin genotype before choosing a life partner is important because there may be compatibility issues which could have devastating effects when it comes to conception.
Individuals with sickle cells experience severe pains in body parts where oxygen flow is compromised due to blockage in the blood vessels.
AA can marry anybody
AS is better off with AA
AS and AS, AS and AC are too risky
Two sickle cells = avoid conception.
Please know your Genotype, you can visit any nearby hospital Lab for test.
Safe your kids
Safe the world
Thank you❤

The Role of Women as Educators
The contribution of women to a society’s transition from pre-literate to literate likewise is undeniable. Basic education is key to a nation’s ability to develop and achieve sustainability targets. Research has shown that education can improve agricultural productivity, enhance the status of girls and women, reduce population growth rates, enhance environmental protection, and widely raise the standard of living.
It is the mother in the family who most often urges children of both genders to attend – and stay – in school. The role of women is at the front end of the chain of improvements leading to the family’s, the community’s long-term capacity.

Low s***m count
SECTIONS FOR LOW S***M COUNT
Low s***m count means that the fluid (semen) you ej*****te during an or**sm contains fewer s***m than normal.
A low s***m count is also called oligos***mia (ol-ih-go-SPUR-me-uh). A complete absence of s***m is called azoos***mia. Your s***m count is considered lower than normal if you have fewer than 15 million s***m per milliliter of semen.
Having a low s***m count decreases the odds that one of your s***m will fertilize your partner's egg, resulting in pregnancy. Nonetheless, many men who have a low s***m count are still able to father a child.
Symptoms
The main sign of low s***m count is the inability to conceive a child. There might be no other obvious signs or symptoms. In some men, an underlying problem such as an inherited chromosomal abnormality, a hormonal imbalance, dilated testicular veins or a condition that blocks the passage of s***m may cause signs and symptoms.
Low s***m count symptoms might include:
Problems with s*xual function — for example, low s*x drive or difficulty maintaining an er****on (erectile dysfunction)
Pain, swelling or a lump in the testicle area
Decreased facial or body hair or other signs of a chromosome or hormone abnormality
When to see a doctor
See a doctor if you have been unable to conceive a child after a year of regular, unprotected in*******se or sooner if you have any of the following:
Er****on or ej*******on problems, low s*x drive, or other problems with s*xual function
Pain, discomfort, a lump or swelling in the testicle area
A history of testicle, prostate or s*xual problems
A groin, testicle, p***s or sc***um surgery
.
Causes
The production of s***m is a complex process and requires normal functioning of the testicles (te**es) as well as the hypothalamus and pituitary glands — organs in your brain that produce hormones that trigger s***m production. Once s***m are produced in the testicles, delicate tubes transport them until they mix with semen and are ej*****ted out of the p***s. Problems with any of these systems can affect s***m production.
Also, there can be problems of abnormal s***m shape (morphology), movement (motility) or function.
However, often the cause of low s***m count isn't identified.
Medical causes
Low s***m count can be caused by a number of health issues and medical treatments. Some of these include:
Varicocele. A varicocele (VAR-ih-koe-seel) is a swelling of the veins that drain the testicle. It's the most common reversible cause of male infertility. Although the exact reason that varicoceles cause infertility is unknown, it might be related to abnormal testicular temperature regulation. Varicoceles result in reduced quality of the s***m.
Infection. Some infections can interfere with s***m production or s***m health or can cause scarring that blocks the passage of s***m. These include inflammation of the epididymis (epididymitis) or testicles (orchitis) and some s*xually transmitted infections, including gonorrhea or HIV. Although some infections can result in permanent testicular damage, most often s***m can still be retrieved.
Ej*******on problems. Retrograde ej*******on occurs when semen enters the bladder during or**sm instead of emerging out of the tip of the p***s. Various health conditions can cause retrograde ej*******on or lack of ej*******on, including diabetes, spinal injuries, and surgery of the bladder, prostate or urethra.
Certain medications also might result in ejaculatory problems, such as blood pressure medications known as alpha blockers. Some ejaculatory problems can be reversed, while others are permanent. In most cases of permanent ej*******on problems, s***m can still be retrieved directly from the testicles.
Antibodies that attack s***m. Anti-s***m antibodies are immune system cells that mistakenly identify s***m as harmful invaders and attempt to destroy them.
Tumors. Cancers and nonmalignant tumors can affect the male reproductive organs directly, through the glands that release hormones related to reproduction, such as the pituitary gland, or through unknown causes. Surgery, radiation or chemotherapy to treat tumors also can affect male fertility.
Undescended testicles. During fetal development one or both testicles sometimes fail to descend from the abdomen into the sac that normally contains the testicles (sc***um). Decreased fertility is more likely in men with this condition.
Hormone imbalances. The hypothalamus, pituitary and testicles produce hormones that are necessary to create s***m. Alterations in these hormones, as well as from other systems such as the thyroid and adrenal gland, may impair s***m production.
Defects of tubules that transport s***m. Many different tubes carry s***m. They can be blocked due to various causes, including inadvertent injury from surgery, prior infections, trauma or abnormal development, such as with cystic fibrosis or similar inherited conditions.
Blockage can occur at any level, including within the testicle, in the tubes that drain the testicle, in the epididymis, in the vas deferens, near the ejaculatory ducts or in the urethra.
Chromosome defects. Inherited disorders such as Klinefelter's syndrome — in which a male is born with two X chromosomes and one Y chromosome instead of one X and one Y — cause abnormal development of the male reproductive organs. Other genetic syndromes associated with infertility include cystic fibrosis, Kallmann's syndrome and Kartagener's syndrome.
Celiac disease. A digestive disorder caused by sensitivity to gluten, celiac disease can cause male infertility. Fertility may improve after adopting a gluten-free diet.
Certain medications. Testosterone replacement therapy, long-term anabolic steroid use, cancer medications (chemotherapy), certain antifungal and antibiotic medications, some ulcer medications, and other medications can impair s***m production and decrease male fertility.
Prior surgeries. Certain surgeries might prevent you from having s***m in your ej*****te, including vasectomy, inguinal hernia repairs, scrotal or testicular surgeries, prostate surgeries, and large abdominal surgeries performed for testicular and re**al cancers, among others. In most cases, surgery can be performed to either reverse these blockages or to retrieve s***m directly from the epididymis and testicles.
Environmental causes
S***m production or function can be affected by overexposure to certain environmental elements, including:
Industrial chemicals. Extended exposure to benzenes, toluene, xylene, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, painting materials and lead might contribute to low s***m counts.
Heavy metal exposure. Exposure to lead or other heavy metals also can cause infertility.
Radiation or X-rays. Exposure to radiation can reduce s***m production. It can take several years for s***m production to return to normal. With high doses of radiation, s***m production can be permanently reduced.
Overheating the testicles. Elevated temperatures impair s***m production and function. Although studies are limited and are inconclusive, frequent use of saunas or hot tubs might temporarily impair s***m count.
Sitting for long periods, wearing tight clothing or working on a laptop computer for long stretches of time also might increase the temperature in your sc***um and slightly reduce s***m production.
Health, lifestyle and other causes
Other causes of low s***m count include:
Drug use. Anabolic steroids taken to stimulate muscle strength and growth can cause the testicles to shrink and s***m production to decrease. Use of co***ne or ma*****na might reduce the number and quality of your s***m as well.
Alcohol use. Drinking alcohol can lower testosterone levels and cause decreased s***m production.
Occupation. Certain occupations might be linked with a risk of infertility, including welding or those associated with prolonged sitting, such as truck driving. However, the data to support these associations is inconsistent.
To***co smoking. Men who smoke might have a lower s***m count than do those who don't smoke.
Emotional stress. Severe or prolonged emotional stress, including stress about fertility, might interfere with hormones needed to produce s***m.
Depression. Being depressed may negatively affect s***m concentration.
Weight. Obesity can impair fertility in several ways, including directly impacting s***m and by causing hormone changes that reduce male fertility.
S***m testing issues. Lower than normal s***m counts can result from testing a s***m sample that was taken too soon after your last ej*******on; was taken too soon after an illness or stressful event; or didn't contain all of the semen you ej*****ted because some was spilled during collection. For this reason, results are generally based on several samples taken over a period of time.
Risk factors
A number of risk factors are linked to low s***m count and other problems that can cause low s***m count. They include:
Smoking to***co
Drinking alcohol
Using certain illicit drugs
Being overweight
Being severely depressed or stressed
Having certain past or present infections
Being exposed to toxins
Overheating the testicles
Having experienced trauma to the testicles
Being born with a fertility disorder or having a blood relative, such as your brother or father, with a fertility disorder
Having certain medical conditions, including tumors and chronic illnesses
Undergoing cancer treatments, such as radiation
Taking certain medications
Having a prior vasectomy or major abdominal or pelvic surgery
Having a history of undescended testicles
Complications
Infertility caused by low s***m count can be stressful for both you and your partner. Complications can include:
Surgery or other treatments for an underlying cause of low s***m count
Expensive and involved assisted reproductive techniques, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF)
Stress related to the inability to have a child
Prevention
To protect your fertility, avoid known factors that can affect s***m count and quality. For example:
Don't smoke.
Limit or abstain from alcohol.
Steer clear of illicit drugs.
Talk to your doctor about medications that can affect s***m count.
Maintain a healthy weight.
Avoid heat.
Manage stress.
Avoid exposure to pesticides, heavy metals and other toxins.

Three Things That Chases Your Crush Away
For most people and most times, the reason they develop a crush on another person is the beauty or handsomeness of that person but sometimes, it could just be the way the person speaks, walks, or acts. For example, a colleague may have a crush on another colleague at work because of the effectiveness or excellency with which the other colleague carries out his job.
Now when we have a crush on someone, the next thing is that we begin to long to get closer to the person. Even though some of us try to hide our desire for the person, there are still some signs which will be visible when we’re observed.
Now even though we long to get closer to the person we have a crush on, there are some things we might be doing or that we might do that will drive the person farther away from us. I explained some of them below.
1. BEING UNFRIENDLY TO OTHERS.
Nobody wants to become friends with someone who doesn’t value friendship. If your crush sees that you do not treat others well or that you easily fall out with others, it might make the person want to stay away from you. Even if you try hard to be friendly to the person individually, he or she will still not find it easy to be friends with you because they will feel you will treat them as you treat the others one day.
2. BEING HOSTILE IN YOUR ATTEMPT TO PLAY HARD TO GET.
This is quite particular to ladies. When you become hostile to them in your attempt to make them feel you’re not easy to get or cheap, it may drive them away easily. Especially those who value their feelings and always try to protect themselves from being hurt, they might never even come back to you.
3.WHEN YOU ARE ALWAYS FLIRTING WITH OPPOSITE S*X.
When the person you crush on always sees you around the opposite s*x flirting around them or allowing them to touch you at sensitive parts or you touching them, it will make him or her want to stay distant from you, some people don’t like competition.
