Daɗin Dake Naƙasa Mutane A Hankali A Hankali
Nama (Meat) na daga cikin kayan daÉ—i da mutane ke jin daÉ—in mu'amala dashi. Sannan mutane na kashe kuÉ—i sosai wajen siyan shi.
Abinda mutane da yawa basu sani ba ne, Nama iri-iri ne, akwai wanda yawan cin shi na haifar da barazana ga lafiyar É—an Adam. Misalin irin wannan naman mai iya haifar da matsaloli shi ne JAN NAMA/NAMAN/SANIYA/SHANU (BEEF) da kuma NAMAN DA AKA SARRAFA SHI DA INJI (PROCESSED MEAT).
Duk da cewa shi naman SANIYA (BEEF) yana da amfani a jiki ta hanyar bada Sinadarai masu muhimmanci, yawan cin shi na haifar da wasu matsaloli masu matuƙar barazana ga lafiya.
Ga matsalolin da yawan cin JAN NAMA (BEEF) ke haifar wa:
1. JAN NAMA na ɗauke da matsatstsen kitse da kwalastarol (saturated fats and cholesterol) mai yawa a cikin shi. Kayan abinci masu ɗauke da wannan abubuwan suna ƙara yawan su a jiki wanda hakan na iya haifar da matsala ga lafiyar Zuciyar Mutum.
2. Yawan cin JAN NAMA na iya haifar da matsaloli ga lafiyar cikin mutum, musamman kumburin ciki.
3. Yawan cin JAN NAMA na iya haifar da CIWON DAJI NA HANJI+DUBURA (COLORECTAL CANCER), wannan lamari ne da bincike (researches) da yawa sun tabbatar.
4. Yawan cin JAN NAMA na iya haifar da matsalar ciwon ƙafa, sanyin kashi (Arthritis) da ƙaruwar sinadarin URIC ACID a jiki.
5. Yawan cin JAN NAMA na taimakawa wajen haifar da cutar ƙiba (Obesity).

A yayin da sukari (sugar) yayi tsada, wasu mutane sun koma amfani da Kafi-Sukari (Artificial Sweeteners), musamman masu shayi da masu yin wasu nau'in kayan zaƙi.
Amma Mutane da yawa basu san bambancin waÉ—an nan nau'in sukarin ba.
Tataccen Sukari (Refined Sugar) shi ne wanda ake samun shi daga irin su RAKE sannan kuma ana sarrafa shi domin tace shi da tsaftace, yana É—auke da sinadarin SUCROSE. Kun ga shi asalin shi na halitta ne (Natural). Misalin shi, irin sukari na su Dangote, Bua, Sukari Mai Dunkule (Cube Sugar)
Shi kuma Kafi-Sukari (Chemical Sugar) sukari ne da ake samar da shi a dalilin sarrafa wasu Sinadarai (Chemicals) har su bayar da zaƙin da ake so (Artificial Sweeteners). Misali: "Saccharin/Kafi-Sukari", "Aspartame" da sauransu.
Abin Lura shi ne, dukkan nau'in Sukarin in aka fiye amfani da su ba bisa ka'ida ba suna da barazana ga lafiyar mutum. Amma fa su wannan "Chemical Sugars/Artificial Sweeteners" sun fi illa.
Hasali ma akwai bincike da ke alaƙanta amfani da wasu nau'in "chemical sugar" da yiwuwar kamuwa da ciwon daji (cancer), duk da cewa kamfanonin da suke yin su, sun ce binciken baiyi adalci ba. Toh dai su kasuwanci suke yi.
Babu amfanin yawan shan sukari, ko samɓada shi da yawa a kunu/koko, shayi, zobo, da duk wani nau'in abin sha.
Wanda basu da aure, ku tabbata masu shayin da kuke zuwa wajen su shan shayi Sukarin arziki suke amfani da shi ba KAFI-SUKARI ba.
