2nd Surgery so far 🤟

I am 7 days post op today and feeling amazing. Pain is down to the barest minimum and with the holiday season coming , I have enough time to rest

Why I got a Breast Lift?
I’ve always had droopy b***s from the time I was a teenager

I loved my Big DD b***s but I just wished they were FIRMER

Then earlier this year, when I tried to gain weight for a skinny Bbl, the weight gain made my b***s worse 😩 It was drooooopy af

Which meant B**B TAPES AND BRAS

So I decided to do something about it 😁
Went in for a consultation with a Plastic surgeon, discussed my needs and we picked a surgery date

And here we are 🥳

Here’s a useful visual to explain how we store fat.
Something I didn’t understand until recently is that once you’ve had lipo, your visceral fat may take over as your main fat storage if you gain weight. This is why we should do our best to book the best doctor we can for our first bbl. ⁣

This is not the time to try to choose the cheapest or most convenient, local doctor. That “grabbable fat” on your stomach is the best quality fat you’ll have and second rounds mean that you may have to gain weight to have any fat to transfer. And guess where it’ll start going? In between your organs where it can’t be liposuctioned. ⁣

This visceral fat is the reason why you may not be as “snatched” as you want if your BMI is high or you’re having 2 and 3 rounds. Losing or gaining weight to get to an optimal BMI range (ask your doctor, it depends on how your unique body stores fat) before surgery is best and know that round 1 is your best chance at a good result. Also, please note that visceral fat is not good for us and is linked to heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, certain cancers and stroke.⁣
