The problems with keeping to warranty agreement by this Rif- RAF Chinese companies.Since time immemorial my choice for buying solar inverter equipments is from the Indian companies in my country Nigeria because they keep to their warranty agreement 100% but recently because of unavailability of stock by the Indian companies and specification and reduction of inverter input Batteries we started patronising some of the Chinese companies for batteries,inverter etc and solar equipments.The Chinese companies expecialy the RIF -RAF ones always default their warranty agreement except when they encounter a customer that can give them trouble for trouble. It's time we alert the renewable energy council of Nigeria about this unbecoming attitude of this RIF- RAF companies . Whenever inverter is imported into Nigeria spare parts like control and power board are sent for inverter repairs by the manufacturing companies but unfortunately this RIF- RAF companies sell the spare parts to the highest bidder and are left with no spare to repair inverters on Warranty they will now request the customer to pay for control board or for power board for inverter still on warranty agreement .These mooshoom companies has to be checked by (1) consumer right protection agency of the Federal government of Nigeria and the renewable energy council of Nigeria .
