The Billionaire Chef & 1952 Africa Presents “THIS IS LAGOS - Eko Re”.

Eko Re, loosely translated as “‘This is Lagos”, is a passionate tale of African Royalty – expressed in flavors and spices.

1952 Africa is a private space located in Lagos Nigeria dedicated to raw and authentic African art, culture and history.

The tales of African cuisine is a 6-course tasting experience of authentic West African flavours - a royal selection celebrating life and the future.

The 3rd edition of our tour got canceled last year due to the pandemic, however, this year, there is no stopping us!

Food is our common ground, a universal language. It is really the most effective medicine.

Ways to our heart:
1. Buy us food
2. Make us food
3. Be food. 🤪

As part of this year's tour, we will also be visiting Nigerian and African restaurants within each city from coast to coast and meeting with the chefs/owners to share ideas and experiences.

Each visit will be blogged on our page as well as major blogs in Nigeria and beyond. Please let us know which restaurants in your city we should visit by tagging them in the comments.

We are happy to announce that we are “coming to America”. An .eros restaurant is in the works already and we would be hosting an investor’s parley pretty soon.

We are also working on bringing to the US to make cooking Nigerian and West African menus a lot easier. is in the last stages of the process of exporting snacks to the United States and we are super excited!!
