This 14 days challenge is for both men and women🎉
The MEN will focus on CHEST,SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS
The LADIES will focus on
GLUTES,HIPS AND LEG TONING & PUMPING
This challenge will begin on 11th of October so get ready because your body must definitely feel some changes🥵
Ps; both workouts(men & women guide) will be done with a resistance band
The men will use a LONG BAND
The women will use an ADJUSTABLE HIP RESISTANCE BAND
Tutorials on how we’ll do all these workouts will be posted before we begin the challenge
