Don't be too sure of your best marketing angle (until you are)
Let A/B test be the judge.
A/B test any (and eventually all) of these:
# Your email subject lines.
# Your landing page copies
# Specific elements like button colours, call to action texts
# Ads copy
# Targeted social media posts.
# Email content.
I know this is not a new concept at all, but I think my last project with a client reminded me of how important it is to getting desired conversion.
Caution: Don't do it all at once, you'll end up with an ugly data and get even more confused about what worked and why.
Plus, it will then become difficult to scale.
Remember you only talk about scaling when you've found a method that works (for you).
So where do you begin?
Pick a part and A/B test different angles of it.
Take your time to capture real-time data and choose your winner.
Here's a smarter Lead generation strategy you all should try.
Like you probably know already,
One of the most effective lead generation technique (which I personally agree with) is with a Lead Magnet.
A lead magnet is a freebie you hand out to potential leads to share something valuable with them for free in an aim to gain their trust.
This is how the steps usually goes:
#1 A short page/squeeze page + form embedded on it or (as a pop up).
Your page talks about what you're giving out, then with a form to collect details of leads.
#2 Then, a simple thank you page. And that works too
But that's a random way of approaching lead generation.
Before I show you a better way, let's make a few things clear.
Let's go!
So the goal is to impress your potential leads with a freebie, which of course must be something valuable that they would go out of their ways to get.
And then it's for FREE.
So yeah, they're impressed you're giving so much away at no cost, but what good can you make of that?
Let me show you two ways:
#1 Tag and add them to an email series immediately they sign up (this happens automatically and they can't see it).
It usually goes out hours after they signed up on the form to get the Freebie.
#2 Redirect them to see your mini offer. I always advice you keep it at a $25-$30 price range.
Yeah, instead of them default thank you page, showing them to a page with mini offer is a better use of that page.
Majorly, three things happen here:
#1 The 1st part of your email series should contain an access link to your Freebie
#2 The other parts of the series should be:
a) A follow up and reminder emails to make sure they got the freebie and are already checking it out.
b) The other series of emails should be a follow up about the mini-offer you showed them earlier.
So how would the flow look?
Lead magnet page + Form >>> Custom thank you page + Mini Offer >>> Email series.
That's a smart way to maximize your lead generation efforts whether you generated them via paid ads or some other sources.
This simple lead generation funnel steps ensure you're putting your best foot forward and can kill more birds with one stone.
Just get creative with whatever you do, but never overcomplicate or sound too salesy with it.
Don't do that. You can lose your million-dollar potential customers that way.
Gohighlevel Is Too Technical.
No!
There are so many software and platforms you can utilize to:
***Boost your sales - sell more of your products/service ooffers***
***Covert more cold leads to sales***
Gohighlevel is a big shark amongst them all.
I love it.
I don't hesitate to recommend it to my clients.
You can automate so many things.
If you know how to utilize its features, you can set things up and make money while you sleep.
But there's a little problem.
Gohighlevel seems too technical.
I have had my clients say they barely have time to figure it out.
They struggle to piece everything together.
They're good at other things but definitely don't want the headache of figuring a platform as technical as Gohighlevel out.
But honestly I think they are right.
If you don't know enough about GHL
Or generally hate tech
You may be stuck going back and forth trying to figure s**t out.
That's time consuming and you need that energy to do the things you enjoy doing.
I'm a copywriter & a sales funnel strategist and I only work on projects I enjoy.
I craft funnel strategies and handle all the technical parts too.
Because I enjoy doing them.
I outsource out anything I can't to people who can.
……….….
Are you like me?
You're strictly a businessman not a tech person
You're an online coach, not a designer.
You have lots of ideas to dish to the world but you don't do well with crafting funnels.
Why not delegate tasks like this.
Gohighlevel workflows/triggers
Campaign set up
Survey
Pipeline set up
Sales funnel set up
Membership set up
Mailgun/Twilio set up
Domain integration
And many more aren't your thing.
Delegate them!
I know my way around all of these and I enjoy working on Gohighlevel.
And I'm open to working with hard-working and smart Business owners/Course creators like YOU!
If you need someone to take the stress off your shoulders…

Put in more energy into your lead generation strategy and it will be a blast.
I mean, sales would flow.
In fact,
You will spend less time trying to win clients over.
Take it from me.
I've worked on over 100 projects across several niches, most of which were directly related to sales.
I mean the likes of setting up to sell stuff online…designed on platforms like
Layering out and piecing together an automated system to launch and scale on platforms like
Writing copies for landing pages, emails and marketing funnels.
And to my most important job role, which is an important sauce that make sales really happen..
Which unfortunately, most people take for granted - .
Lead generation can't be shy away from.
It's the first step that completes everything else.
Among several others, the most common way of generating lead is:
Creating a lead magnet!
But one bad habit I have seen around is, people playing cards with the most important part that sets them up for success.
I see a lot of B.S.
You know when you create stuff, call it a Freebie and it helps no one.
You just shot yourself in the leg.
If little or no value is felt from your freebie,
Then you just rip yourself of that crown you literally boast about.
I mean you call yourself an expert but you've just failed to deliver on your very first contact with a potential client…
(they may or may not end up becoming a client though).
Can't say for sure.
But you just blew your cover - you were in for the money.
And here to help no one.
It's written in Bold.
This is why I'm so sure.
You claim your paid course has everything but you're giving away fluff in your freebie.
Who should believe a word of anything you say next…on your landing page or in your emails?
My next post will highlight a few ways to make your lead generation strategy or freebie hit the mark.
I teach it to my clients.
They feel it's stressful but I say stressful works for me as long as the result comes around.
I hope it helps someone.
I really do.
Who else remember how huge email marketing is for making sales?
Some people feel it's dead.
Well Sabri Subry proved me right yesterday night again.
He beat his chest like he was so sure.
And I totally agree with him.
Email is huge and still works.
But the part people miss out is:
How to consistently put out email copies that people will open and consume.
For some, it's the battle of where those words would flow from.
Common, you read a lot of stuff online, you consistently take in contents online.
Just before you digest them.
While you're still churning it, ideas would flow.
Pen down something you feel your audience would love to hear about.
You could make it sound like a friendly gist, then tie it to any one of your product or service offer.
Ideas are littered around you. I have someone, an email Copywriter like me.
All her copies has a touch of her everyday life.
That's why she rarely suffer writer's block. That's her secret.
Here's another idea:
You could smartly repurpose your content.
Yes, you have a YouTube channel or a podcast or any other online space you give out value content, - could be in video or text format.
Repurpose them into emails that are ready to go out.
You could even smartly drive traffic this way to your YouTube channel.
Just a few words about what your videos are about and why anyone should care to watch.
Yeah, it's that simple - send it out.
In fact, content repurposing doesn't even have to be with your own videos.
Find an interesting video on YouTube that gave you an "Ah-ah moment"
Repurpose it!
You could quote the author and his words - Maybe give he/she a reference.
Just like I did with Sabri Subry.
Alright, I get it.
Writing is probably not your hobby.
But you know how big of an ROI email could give you.
From stats, it's about $1 spent - $3 - $4 ROI gain back.
If you still have a slight hope in it.
Then do the needful.
Write or hire an email Copywriter to get busy with your stuff for you.
Okay,
So how do you get to build an email list of raving fans that are loyal and can't wait to feed at your table.
That open up your email first,
Or like me,
I use the search bar to filter out emails I love to read.
How do you get them and nurture them to a point they just can't seem to get enough of your value content?
This email is long enough.
I would make a post later on to gist about this.
For now,
Get the point:
Email isn't dead and it's like your biggest chance of selling more of your stuff when you understand exactly how to make it work.
Bought a book recently:
"Scale While You Sleep" By Chris Orzechowski
I would be happy to refer you to get it if you really want to dive deeper on this subject matter: Email and How to make it work.
It's for E-commerce though but its concepts are applicable across board.
Go and make Email work for you.

Do this for the business of your dreams.
This is for anyone already feeling the heat of trying to run a successful business in this era.
Your first assignment and responsibility to your business is to:
👉Gather as many information as you can about your niche.
Doing this, you'll discover what works for your niche and rookie mistakes beginners fall trap to in your niche.
✅ You should start to pay close attention to trends in your niche.
✅ Ask questions from gurus - Could be via forums, groups and online communities. They know more and have seen more.
Over the years, they've seen certain methods work and stopped working.
Do yourself the favor of following their stuff - they always talk about stuff like that.
Now you know what works and what to stay away from, then:
✅ Find out your audience pain points (where it hurts them the most) and create content around it.
✅ Find out exactly where your business could save the day
✅ Create awareness about the solution you're offering
✅Narrow down to the specific ones your solution can solve - You can't solve everyone's problem. Target those who resonate perfectly with what you've got.
✅ Never overcomplicate your process. Let it be easy for them to say YES.
✅ Build a community of people who have similar problems and nurture them
✅ Show them what's possible. Paint them a picture of where they desperately want to be.
✅ Give them stuff - real life solutions, hack, strategies to try out.
✅ Sell them a faster, easier or DFY/DIY solution packages
✅ Watch them grab it.
✅ Create a mini version of your paid solutions or packages
✅ Upsell them
✅ Don't stop selling.
✅ Remember ethics - Don't sell stuff that doesn't work - Stuff like that backfires.
✅ Automate your selling system. You can literally wake up to alerts if you set your system to work on autopilot.
Speaking of automation,
✅ Use Platforms/Softwares like: or or when you need to set up funnels or landing pages.
✅ Use ESPs like: or to handle your email marketing processes.
✅ Utilize builders like: to sell solutions in the form of courses.

Aren't you giving up so early?
Running a successful business online requires a special kind of mental health
Sometimes things almost fall apart.
And you may just realize you're aren't ready for so much.
So what do you do?
You hold your ground and work HARD like you believe HARD in your dream!
It's not funny...(but then it is) that...
Most businesses don't go past ideation level.
Some go stone cold only a few months after they launched.
Some in as little as a year or two, they get shaky and their founders (pillars) quit.
But if you're truly serious about making something out of it,
Only you can make it WORK
Plus you've got to be willing to give it what it takes.
And hey, you can always ask for help.
You don't even have to fall face flat in the ground before you ask for it.
If you can afford business coaching or mentorship, go for it.
There are prices to be paid for the business of your dreams.
Stuck with anything around building a business strategy or getting advice around sales funnel design strategy?
Those are my babies!
