A historic milestone in creative education! Del -York Creative Academy and Aberystwyth University have officially signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding, establishing a strategic partnership set to redefine the future of creative education.

A courtesy visit to the Del-York Creative Academy and Del-York Group Offices in Lagos, Nigeria preceded this momentous occasion. Mr. Jack Latchford-Coates, Regional Manager for International Recruitment and Development at Aberystwyth University, was warmly welcomed and given an exclusive tour of Del-York’s state-of-the-art facilities, guided by key Del-York staff: Mr. Ikenna Oguike, Chief Operating Officer of Del-York Group; Ms. Stella Fubara, Managing Director of Del-York Development Company; Mrs. Uzo Orimalade, Head of Brand and Business Development at Del-York Creative Academy; and Mrs. Dolapo Adedapo, Head of Partnerships at Del-York Group. This visit fostered a deeper understanding of Del-York’s comprehensive creative ecosystem.

Del-York Creative Academy's July 2024 graduation was nothing short of a grand movie premiere. With an impeccable stage setup, stunning lighting, and perfect sound systems, the event set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

Our graduates truly shone as event hosts, demonstrating their industry readiness and show-stopping skills. Their monologues, DCA music video, documentary, and short film project were a testament to their six weeks of rigorous training, collaborative efforts, and dedication.

Under the mentorship of industry luminaries like Iyke Okechukwu, Solomon Essang, Ewoma Luther Abegunde, and Seun Ajayi, the students received well-deserved accolades and applause. It was a proud moment as these mentors celebrated the remarkable progress of their students.
