1 WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE PROGRAM?
Applicants who wish to apply for the programme must be at least be 16 years of age and above, he or she must possess any of the following NECO,WAEC/GCE at not more than two sittings , if you like you can combine your two waec results or your two neco result or rather your waec and neco there are other professional qualification which might be considered for direct entry provided you have your complete five credits at their NECO,WAEC/GCE which must include English language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings ,the professional courses are; ACA,ACCA,ACMA,ACIA,ACIS,ACIB,CII, NCE, JUPEB.
Also holders of higher national Diploma or NCE in the relevant discipline they wish to apply for, have it in mind that only holders of HND with at least Upper Credit will be eligible for admission through direct entry .
2 IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION IN APPLYING FOR THE PROGRAMME?
Yes there is an age restriction for applicants who wish to apply for the dli programme. As I state earlier you must be 16 years and above, for those of you that would like to purchase the form that is not yet up to 16 years of age call me on 08069258796.
3 WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME?
Dli program is a very fast program it is being run for five years, that five years is divided into five sessions, they have one session per year in which you come for lectures twice in a month, note that dli students recieves lectures only on Saturdays, dli have what they call the residential programme, residential programme is usually held every year of the exams it is the duration in which the regular student would have to evacuate the school hostel for the dli students, each dli student will be given a hostel in the school for exam revisions and exams for one month, though it’s not compulsory but it is recommended you be around because a lot of revision and assignments which will be given, talking about assignments take note that dli doesn’t joke with assignment, so if u don’t attempt your assignment know that you are joking around with carry over, and also try to get class notes, because your class note consist of 50 percent of your exam, while assignment carries 30 marks.
Note that people going for Educational courses usually use 6years for the program this I will discuss more as you read on.

Yes dli students does go for service but upon rounding your program for those above 30years of age you will only be entitled to exemption letter, so therefore you will be given the NYSC certificate

9 HOW MUCH IS THE SCHOOL FEES?
The school fees for dli is dependent on choice of course like I said earlier on a session is a year in dli, meaning you have five sessions to be a B.Sc. holder.
10 CAN THE SCHOOL FEES BE PAID BY INSTALLMENT
Dli unilag does not accept installmental payments, you can't pay twice.
You have the grace of your resumption in June till October that is surely enough time for you to gather that money, just pray and have that believe that God will surely provide the money for you, there is nothing impossible the creator of this world cannot do.
11 WHEN IS THEIR ENTRANCE EXAM?
Dli entrance exam is usually held towards the end of the year November/December applicants induction course, this aic is like a simulation of how you make use of the computer to attempt assignments and test that is why you need a laptop as a student of dli because most of your assignment will be online, student will be group in batches, the day of your own induction please Endeavour to dress smartly, because the way you are dress that is how you will be addressed.
12 HOW IS THE SESSION EXAMS LIKE?
As a full student of dli you have to read very hard and also try attempting your assignment, your exams usually comes up by November/December they called that period residential period, like I explained earlier on you will be given a hostel for three weeks so as to enable you come to class every day for revision and your session exams, but do not worry for we shall be organizing a tutorial for everybody who comes through us, and we will also render assistance where we can.
13 DO ONE PAY FOR CARRY OVER COURSES IN DLI?
This is how it works as a current student of dli you do not pay for carryover courses it will be added to your next level, and if the work load is too much by the end of the program, by then if the person have not cleared his total units course the person will have an extra year, that is when the person will have to pay for his/her carryover, but why pay for carryover when you have the time to avoid it, like I always said you must attempt your assignments and test, this will enable you to be on the safer side, DLI lecturers does not joke with their assignments and test.
15 HOW LONG IS THEIR HOLIDAY AFTER THE SESSION EXAM?
After you exams during the November/December you will be on holiday from that time till April you will resume fully, while your session result will be out by March.

Approved: By the Federal Government has a platform for securing admission into higher institution in the country and abroad.
Proven: Yearly, about 20,000 applicants put in for the programme in which more than 70% fraction successfully secure admission with it into 200 level to their preferred institution & course of study.
Certified: By Nigeria University Commission (NUC) has an Advanced level examination that qualify students into 200level via Direct Entry.

HOW JUPEB WORKS:

Prospective JUPEB candidates are required to select any THREE (3) A/L JUPEB Subject Combination identified with their preferred course of study in the university be it Science, Art or Social Science Course. Candidates would then be lectured for the stipulated period at their respective Study Centre and thereafter sit for the final examination. On completion of the programme, successful candidates accordingly utilize their JUPEB certificate to secure admission into 200level in any Nigeria tertiary institution via Direct Entry and some foreign universities. Admission is based strictly on merit and entry requirement is proportion to the admission quota of the University for the various Faculties.

PROGRAMME DURATION:

JUPEB foundation programme runs for a minimum of one academic session divided in two(2) semesters.

PROGRAMME ELIGIBILITY:

The programme is open to all interested candidates nationwide and any course can be offered be it Science, Art or Social Science.

JUPEB DIRECT-ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible to take examinations leading to the award of JUPEB's Direct Entry Certificates, the candidate must have been exposed to an intensive scheme of academic work relevant to his/her proposed university course.

Candidates must possess minimum of 5 Credits at maximum of two sittings in at least 5 subjects (inclusive of English Language) relevant to the candidates desired course of study in the University.
Each candidate must register, sit for Examinations and satisfy the Board in three subjects and a General Studies course relevant to the proposed course in any of the universities.
Each subject is to be broken into four courses to be taken, two per semester, by the candidate. The results in all the courses are to be merged at the end of the second semester to obtain the candidate's grade in that particular subject.
Each candidate is expected to take twelve (12) courses, six per semester, and a General Studies course.
The general Studies for courses in each University Faculty will be based on relevant General courses suggested for that Faculty by each university.
The students upon completion of the programme will be issued certificates based on their level of performance which bear Letter Grades of A, B, C, D, E or F in each of the three subjects and General Studies Paper. For admission into each university, each candidate, in addition to passing the prescribed JUPEB examinations for issuing the Direct Entry Certificates, must satisfy all other conditions as prescribed by his/her university of choice.

DURATION OF PROGRAMME
The duration of the courses are four (4) and five (5) years, depending on entry qualifications.

a.Apart from the requirement of five credits including Mathematics and English Language, obtained at not more than two sittings, the other subjects accepted for a B.A(Ed) Degree in Adult Education, Educational Administration and Guidance and Counseling are as follows:
Literature in English, History, French, Igbo, Geography, Yoruba, Christian Religious Studies, Islamic Religious Studies, Mathematics, Economics, Government, Commerce, Home Economics. Other qualifications accepted for the Sandwich Program include:
b.Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE)
c.Diploma from at least a two-year study from a recognized University.
d.General Nursing and Midwifery Certificate, Public Health Nursing Certificate, Diploma in Public Nursing Certificate, General Nursing Certificate.
e.For Non-NCE holders: PSE Certificate of the former Institute of Education, University of Lagos, (not below Lower Credit) with at least 5 Credits in GCE O/L including English Language and Mathematics
B.Sc. HEALTH EDUCATION
Applicants for this program should possess at least one of the following:
i.General Nursing and Midwifery Certificate
