DANGER OF HANGING AMULETS

Narrated `Uqbah Bn `Āmir Al-Juhanī that a group of men came to the messenger of ALLĀH -ﷺ- , (so) he -ﷺ- accepted and gave pledge of allegiance to 9 of them and forsake one. They said: O messenger of ALLĀH! You gave pledge of allegiance to 9 and forsake one? He -ﷺ- replied: *"there's amulet on him"*. So he put his hand into his shirt cut it. Then he pledge allegiance to him and said: *"Whosoever hang amulet has committed Shirk (polytheism)"*.

📜 Musnad Al-Imām Ahmad, 17422.

PACIFICATION DEBARS DESTRUCTION (of goodness).

Abū Hurayrah (mercy upon him) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
*"Beware of evil with each other, for indeed it is the cutter (of all life and hereafter goodness)".*

The meaning of: *"evil with each other"* is; holding evil in minds like enmity and hatred and so on.

PROHIBITION OF BELIEVING IN EMANATION OF RAIN FROM STARS IN THE SKY ✨ ⭐

Narrated Zayd Bn Khālid Al-Juhanī: The Prophet (ﷺ) led us in the Fajr prayer at Hudaybiyah after a rainy night. On completion of the prayer, he faced the people and said: *"Do you know what your Lord has said (revealed)?" The people replied: "ALLĀH and His Messenger know better." He ﷺ said: "ALLĀH has said: 'In this morning some of my slaves remained as true believers and some became non-believers; whosoever said that the rain was due to the Blessings and the Mercy of ALLĀH had belief in Me (i.e ALLĀH) -ﷻ- and he disbelieves in the stars, and whoever said that it rained because of a particular star had no belief in Me (i.e ALLĀH) but believes in that star".*

MAKING SURE THAT THERE'S LOVE IN THE SOCIETY

Narrated Abū Ayyūb: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: *"it is not lawful for a Muslim to desert (not to speak to) his brother (or sister) Muslim for more than three days. while meeting, one turns his face to one side and the other turns his face to the other side. Lo! The better of the two is the one who starts greeting the other".*

PROHIBITION OF SWEARING BY OTHER THAN ALLĀH.

Sa`īd Bn `Ubaydah said: Ibn `Umar heard a man swearing (by saying): No, I swear by the Ka`bah. Ibn `Umar said to him: I heard the Messenger of ALLĀH (ﷺ) say: *"He who swears by other ALLĀH has committed polytheism".*

📜Sunan Abī Dāwud, Hadīth No. 3251.

Example: when anyone says; I swear by the Ka`bah, your soul (or my soul), The Prophet ﷺ, My Dad & Mom, and so on.

PACIFICATION DRIVES TO FORGIVENESS FROM ALLĀH

Abū Hurayrah reported ALLĀH's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: *"The gates of Paradise are opened on two days, Monday and Thursday. and then every servant (of ALLĀH) who does not associate anything (as partner) with ALLĀH is granted pardon except the person in whose (heart) there is rancour against his brother/sister (in religion). And it would be said: Look towards both of them (i.e there's no pardon yet for both) until there is reconciliation; look toward both of them until there is reconciliation; look towards both of them until there is reconciliation".*

📜Sahīh Muslim, Hadīth No. 2565.

*Series of explaining the Glorious Qur'ān (3).*

Narrated `Ā'ishah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: *"Such a person as recites the Qur'ān and masters it by heart (i.e memorized it), will be with the noble righteous scribes (i.e angels in Heaven). And such a person exerts himself to memorize the Qur'ān by heart, and recites it with great difficulty, will have a double reward".*

📜Sahīh Al-Bukhārī, Hadīth No. 4937.

He -ﷺ- also said:

*"ALLĀH has His own people among mankind.' They said: 'O Messenger of ALLĀH, who are they?' He said: 'The people of the Qur'ān are the people of ALLĀH and those who are closest to Him".*

📜Sunan Ibn Mājah, Hadīth No. 215.

Narrated Abū Hurayrah: ALLĀH's Messenger (ﷺ) said: *"ALLĀH said: 'The offspring of Adam hurts me for he abuses Time though I am Time: in My Hands are all things, and I cause the revolution of day and night".*

📜Sahīh Al-Bukhārī, Hadīth No. 4826 and Muslim, Hadīth No. 2246.

*In another narration in Sahīh Muslim:*

ALLĀH -ﷻ- said: *"The offspring of Ādam causes hurts me as he says: Woe be upon the Time. None of you should say: Woe be upon the Time, as I am the Time (because) I alternate the day and the night, and when I wish I can finish them up".*

Note: the statement "I am time" in the Hadīth was explained with what comes after it that "in My Hands are all things, and I cause the revolution of day and night". And this is because if you cause something that can't do anything except by control of someone behind it, if you should curse or abuse it for the control, then you're automatically cursing and abusing the controller.

*Series of Tafsīr of Qisār Al-Mufassal (i.e from Sūratud-Duhā to Sūratun-Nās) 2*

Sūratud-Duhā

V1/2/3/4/5 - ALLĀH -ﷻ- swear by the daylight and night that He -ﷻ- didn't forsake the prophet -ﷺ- nor hates him. But has already honoured him with satisfactory (property in) jannah (i.e paradise), the jannah that is better than this world.

V6/7/8 - ALLĀH has already cater for the prophet -ﷺ- in this world from childhood while he was an orphan, and also guided (taught) him the Islāmic Constitutions/Traditions and satisfied him with belongings.

V9/10/11 - So do not (O Muhammad -ﷺ-) be strict on the orphans nor scold the poor needy ones and make sure to thank ALLĀH for His blessings upon you.

BENEFITS IN SŪRATUD-DUHĀ:

- Being Merciful to the orphans and poor ones.
- Being thankful to ALLĀH by showing His blessings but not being extravagant with it.

Narrated Abū Mūsā Al-Ash`arī: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: *"Glorifying ALLĀH involves showing honour to a grey-haired Muslim and to one who can expound the Qur'ān, but not one who acts extravagantly regarding it, or turns away from it, and showing honour to a just ruler".*

📜Sunan Abī Dāwud, Hadīth No. 4843.

PACIFYING BETWEEN THE PEOPLE IS AMONG THE BEST OF DEEDS‏.‏

Narrated Abū Ad-Dardā': The Prophet (ﷺ) said: *"Shall I not inform you of something more excellent in degree than fasting, prayer and charity (sadaqah)? The people replied: Yes, Prophet (ﷺ) of ALLĀH! He said: It is putting things right between people, spoiling (i.e putting things wrong between) them is the shaver (destructive)".*

📜Sunan Abī Dāwud, Hadīth No. 4919.

Series of explaining *"prohibited shirk (polytheism) words and actions"* (1)

*At-Tiyarah (i.e pessimism) is (a form of) Shirk and its cure is At-Tawakkul (reliance upon ALLĀH)*

Narrated `Abdullāh Bn Mas`ūd: the Messenger of ALLĀH (ﷺ) said: "Pessimism is (a form of) Shirk -thrice-, and none among us (it influences) except that Allah will remove it with Tawakkul (reliance)".

📜Sunan At-Tirmidhī, Hadīth No.1614.

*•Cure for At-Tiyarah (pessimism):*

The messenger of ALLĀH -ﷺ- said: *"whosoever At-Tiyarah (i.e pessimism) turned him away from his affairs has committed polytheism."* The audiences said: "O messenger of ALLĀH -ﷺ-, what is the expiation for that (polytheism)? He replied: *the person should say: "O ALLĀH! There's no goodness except from you, and no badness (can befall) except by your wish, and there's no worthy of worship except you"*

📜 Musnad Al-Imām Ahmad, Hadīth No. 7045.

Example of pessimism is: "whenever a person leaves his house with intention of travelling and reach the road to see a car accident, then returned home with the intention that the accident means badness of travelling".

Or:

A person that departed home to go and seek for something or someone, then he hit his foot upon a stone or something, thus returned home intending that it's a sign of badness".

THAT'S PESSIMISM! IT'S A FOR OF POLYTHEISM.

*Series of Tafsīr of Qisār Al-Mufassal (i.e from sūratud-duhā to sūratun-nās) 1.*

V1-¹ I'm recoursing to ALLĀH -ﷻ- with his name on recitation of the Qur'ān (He -ﷻ- is) Ar-Rahmān (the most gracious) Ar-Rahīm (the most merciful).

V2/3/4- ALLĀH -ﷻ- is the God worthy of worship, the Lord, Creator of all that exists, the one who is merciful to His slaves (i.e worshippers) and He is the owner and controller of Yawmul-Qiyāmah (day of reckoning).

V5- We'll worship you (ALLĀH) only and recourse to you alone.

V6 (PV7)²- Guide us (O ALLĀH) to the way to success which is the way of the Prophet -ﷺ- and his companions -mercy upon them-.

V7- Keep us away from wrong paths/ways which is the path/way of the Jews and Christians.

▪️ ALLĀH is Creator, Merciful, Owner and Controller. Thus, I love Him -ﷻ- (for Him being my creator), fear Him (for He is the controller of Yawmul-Qiyāmah where I don't know how my reckon will be), Expect goodness from Him (coz of His utmost mercy) and will worship Him only (for this aforementioned) without associating any partner with Him.

Series of explanation of *"Values of the Glorious Qur'ān"* (1)

Narrated `Uthmān: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: *"The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'ān and teach (others) it".*

📜Sahīh Al-Bukhārī, Hadīth No. 5027

He -ﷺ- also said:

*"Surely ALLĀH would exalt some peoples with this book (i.e Qur'ān) and degrade others".*

📜Sahīh Muslim, Hadīth No. 817

Series of explaining *"Pacification is the best"* (1)

• PACIFYING BETWEEN THE PEOPLE

Narrated Abū Hurayrah: ALLĀH's Messenger (ﷺ) said: *"There is a Sadaqah (i.e charity) to be given for every joint of the human body; and for every day on which the sun rises there is a reward of a Sadaqah (i.e. charitable gift) for the one who establishes justice among people"*.

📜Sahīh Al-Bukhārī, Hadīth No. 2707

•BISMILLĀHIR-RAHMĀNIR-RAHĪM • ﷽

All praise to ALLĀH who sent down the Qur'ān and made it ('s memorization, recitation, understanding and meaning) easy, peace and blessings upon that soul which ALLĀH sent to be an explainer of the Qur'ān. May the peace and blessings also reach their companions and those who follow them up on goodness among those who recite the Qur'ān or listen to it and those and those who learn and teach it.

This is a summarized Tafsīr (explanation) -¹ of Sūratul-Fātihah and Qisār Al-Mufassal from Sūratud-Duhā to Sūratun-Nās for the Muslim Youths, with it they'll understand the general meaning of the Qur'ān so they can ponder upon it's meaning and that they can benefit from it what is compulsory for them to act upon.

ALLĀH -ﷻ- said:
﴿كِتابٌ أَنزَلناهُ إِلَيكَ مُبارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّروا آياتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الأَلبابِ﴾ [ص: ٢٩]
[This is] a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded (Sūratu-Sād vs 29).

That's ☝🏼the wisdom in revelation of the Qur'ān (i.e so we can reflect upon its meaning).

We beseech ALLĀH -ﷻ- to bless the Muslim Youths, keep them safe, help them with memorization of the Qur'ān and understand of what it comprise in meaning and constitution.

¹- This Tafsīr was extracted from `Umdah At-Tafsīr (summary of Tafsīr Ibn Kathīr) by Shaykh Ahmad Shākir, Ma`ālim At-Tanzīl (Tafsīr of Al-Baghawī), Taysīr Al-Karīm Ar-Rahmān Tafsīr of As-Sa`dī) and Tafsīr Al-Jalālayn.
