At the beginning of the year, I wrote down my year goals.

The many courses I planned to take,

The vacation I dreamed of,

The promotion I desired,

The Dubai trip and the extra savings in millions

I had numerous plans for the year

As it is now, I have only saved 2k

I have also done vacation in my room

I upgraded my clothes and shoes but didn’t get the promotion

I also went to the mountain top close to my house to catch some breeze; I did take some pictures

I have decided to blame SAPA (word on the street) for not giving me a chance to achieve my dream vacation.

Could it have been that I allowed procrastination to take a better part of me?

Could it have been that I didn’t plan well?

Could It have been my village people?

So many thoughts in my head right now, I am lost.

I need help!

This is the situation of many of us as the year is gradually going to an end. We have made the Heart 2 Heart Clinic available to you to vent.

Happy Weekend Champ!

In commemoration of the international youth day of service, Health Exploration Hub visited Helix Biogen Institute and workplaces at Takki, Ogbomosho.

We were warmly welcomed by Dr. Oladipo Elijah Kolawole (Ph.D) founder and pioneer of Helix Biogen Institute.

Thank you for the opportunity to raise awareness about optimal mental health in workplace.

Our Lead Volunteer Mautin gave a brief talk about stress management in workplace and urged all team members, staff and interns of Helix biogen institute to learn more about importance of mental health so as to help others and continue the act of kindness, love and compassion.

We are glad we reached out to the people of Ogbomosho and It's a wonderful experience to all team members.
