However, you should ensure the following :

📌 Ask your doctor to educate you on the natural history and key clinical aspects of HBV infection

📌 Ensure regular follow-up and monitoring at least twice a year, even if you don't have any symptoms

📌 Avoid risks of transmission to other - avoid sharing your sharps, have protected in*******se, don't donate blood, plasma or semen etc

📌 Ensure healthy diet and regular exercise
