Q: Salamu Alaykum sir
I have a question, when a man and woman have intimacy when are they obligated to perform ghusl, intimacy here might be foreplay alone or foreplay and pe*******on

Ans: Wa alaykum salaam warahmatullah wabarakaatuh
The prophet said:
"When the two circumcised parts meet, then ghusl becomes obligatory" Al-Bukhaari.

Point to note:
•Whenever a man penetrates a woman, ghusl becomes obligatory even if there is no ej*******on (release of semen)

•When there is no pe*******on during foreplay, ghusl is not obligatory even if there is wetness *except semen (maniyy) is released.*
