Hydroelectric plants generated nearly 74 percent of Costa Rica’s electricity that year, followed by wind at more than 15 percent, geothermal at just over 8 percent, and biomass and solar both at less than 1 percent. ⁠
Those five sources were responsible for 98.56 percent of the country's electricity that year, according to the electricity institute. Can Fire Extinguishers be reused if partially used before?

Yes, They are! In principle.
A half-empty extinguisher is better than no extinguisher at all.
They can be used, set aside and used again, until they are empty. Only very cheap,and small powder extinguishers will spit out powder non-stop until they are empty. Then they can’t be reused.
But ordinary water, light water (looks like soap suds) or foam? Sure.
BUT: We teach people to never replace a used fire extinguisher back into its wall bracket. Instead, it should be laid on its side on the ground and refilled or replaced. This is to ensure that in case of a fire, a full extinguisher is ready, and not one with perhaps a second or two of contents, and than nothing.
