Information Age Parenting: a recap

We held our first Fbk live parenting session yesterday by 7pm gmt.
It was an introduction to fresh insight into parenting I called "Information Age Parenting".
During the session I took time to explain what information age parenting mean. I shared about 5 things with those who connected. Here they are; Information age parenting mean:
1. Open mindedness
2. Getting real time information about your children.
3. Let them do their own thing(in the positive)
4. Don't compare you children
5. Interface point.
I shall highlight more on each of these description within this week.

Child Safety In School.

- Can parents get a true single information about the state of their children from their school management? If not, why?
- why should parents pay so much school bills and yet when it comes to the state of safety of their children they have to pay so much through legal systems?

- Do you believe your child's school is telling you the truth about the safety of your child?

So I read a story from the vanguard news paper this evening about a child who lost her life during a school's social developmental programme. And these are the question I asked myself. What are your thought?
