Also, it has selenium which has been known to cut risks of "arthritis."

Chicken contains Vitamin B12 and choline which help promote brain development in children.

Chicken is rich in Niacin and vitamin B6 which help promote healthy heart and reduce cholesterol

Chicken helps to boost immunity in children and also help in the formation of healthy red blood cells.

You might be wondering with all these benefits one gets from eating chicken, what type of chicken is suitable for my child(ren)

For this purpose, we will classify chickens in terms of their textures,
Hard and Soft chicken.

Different breeds of chickens fall into these two categories.

Soft chickens are great/best for children as their meat are soft, easy to cook, cooks quickly, has soft bones and are very fleshy(lots of meat in it)

Hard chickens are tougher(hard meat), can be cooked to become soft (though it takes time) and very nutritious too.

But then, all breeds of chickens are good for your child's consumption but it all depends on the mode of preparation/cooking.

In our next post we will be looking at different healthy methods of chicken preparation that (ensure they get the needed nutrients)are appropriate for your child(ren)

The first person that bought our products in 2016 when we started was Mrs Kemi Adeyanju... (She doesn't know I am telling this story)then we were at the testing stage to see how this Kukuruku Farms project will be like.
