Ingredients
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of yeast
1/3 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of warm water
Process
1 Get your flour sieved
2 Pour the warm water in a bowl
3 Pour sugar and yeast into the warm water and stir gently and cover it to rest for 5 minutes
4 and the rest ingredients "salt and nutmeg" to the flour and mix together
5 Add the yeast solution to the flour and mix thoroughly
6 Cover with air tight lid and leave it for 30 minutes to rise
7 Get a deep pot on a low medium heat and allow the oil to be hot
8 Start frying.
