Meal Plan
Monday - White rice and stew with chicken/Eba and ogbono soup/ semolina and vegetable soup/Orange or Banana as snack

Tuesday - Pasta jollof/Pasta and stew/Macaroni jollof or Chicken and chips/ with watermelon/pineapple as snack

Wednesday- fried plantains and egg omelette or boiled plantains and egg sauce/with apple as snack.

Thursday - Jollof rice and chicken or beef/peach or plum or grapefruit as snack

Friday - Beans paired with yams or plantains or any cereal of their choice./ With carrots and cucumbers as snack.

Use celery, broccoli salad or fruits salad. Whatever appeals to their taste buds instead of rice and stew everyday of the week.

As a teacher and a business owner, my joy has always been to help my learners love learning. In order to achieve this, I love the children I teach. It makes it easier for them to learn.
As you go about your various activities this session, look for that lost look, that pleading eyes, that eager smile, that stoic look, that willingness to listen, that exuberant demeanour, that sad eyes, that confused look, that I don't care spirit etc. Give each child a hug if possible and let them know they matter, no matter their circumstances.
Love the children you teach, love the children in your care because that little smile, that strong hug, that Pat on the back may just be what that child needs to get through the day, through the week, through this academic session. It'll make teaching and learning easier.
These children deserve the best.
