1- Avoid Giving your child everything he asks for. He will grow up believing that he has the right to get everything he wants.

2-Avoid laughing when your child speaks insulting words. He will grow up thinking that disrespect is entertainment.

3-Avoid remaining insensitive to bad behavior that he can display without scolding him for his bad behavior. He will grow up thinking that there are no rules in society.

4- Avoid picking up anything that your child messes up. He will grow up believing that others must take responsibility for his responsibilities.

5- Avoid letting him watch any program on TV. He will grow up thinking that there is no difference between being a child and being an adult.

6- Avoid giving your child all the money he asks for. He will grow up thinking that getting money is easy and will not hesitate to steal for it.

7- Always avoid putting yourself on his side when he is wrong against the neighbors, his teachers, the police. He will grow up thinking that everything he does is right, it is the others who are wrong.

‼️URGENT PRAYER NEEDED‼️At a safe house in Kabul, Jaiuddin (not his real name) has been hiding along with 12 other Afghans since the Taliban seized control of the city nearly three weeks ago.

In an exclusive interview with CBN News, Jaiuddin and the others, who are part of Afghanistan's very small Christian community, told us they have no passports, no U.S. government-issued exit papers, and right now, see their hopes of escape diminish with each passing hour.

"One of us is always awake during the night, always walking around and praying, so if the Taliban should come and knock on our door, we should alert everyone," Jaiuddin told CBN News.

"We had many plans for preaching the gospel with other brothers and sisters but then the Taliban took control so quickly, it happened so fast," said Sarah, an Afghan Christian leader.

And now they've been marked by the Taliban.

"Every day I receive a phone call, from a private number, and the person - a Taliban soldier - warns me that if he sees me again, he'll behead me," said a concerned Jaiuddin.

While Jaiuddin says he's not afraid of dying, he is asking the world to pray for his country.

"We are praying for each other that the Lord would put his angels around our house for our protection and safety, said Jaiuddin. We are also praying for peace for everyone in our country."

I'm pleading with our parents not to raise their daughters in a way they will be liability to a man. Make your daughter a shepherd before her Jacob arrives. Give her a source of livelihood before marriage. If you want her husband to respect her, give her quality education and hopeful future. Don't train her merely because of the bride price you want to collect on her head. Laban wasted the bride price he took for his daughter. But he lived on the flock kept by his daughter even after she was married out.
