Oba Super-2: it is well loved by traders who roast fresh corn on the road side because of its yellow maize grain colour. It is a high yielding hybrid maize variety from Premier Seeds Nigeria. With a moderate resistance to downy mildew, lodging, rust, streak and blight. The yield potential is 5 – 7 tons per hectare.

Oba super-4: is a early maturing yellow hybrid maize, tolerant to major diseases of maize like rust, leaf blight, downy mildew, maize streak virus etc with a 6-7 ton yield per hectare.

Oba super-6: A High yielding hybrid, fortified with protein and vitamin A, suitable for rainfed conditions, Wider adaptability, tolerant to low moisture stress and respond to high inputs, good management, and planting density, Bold attractive grains, good colour, good kernel quality. It has a Yield potential: 6-9 Tons / Hectare.

I always wonder why the best athletes and
sportsmen in history were cocky and always
seemed arrogant.

Muhammed Ali, Micheal Jordon, Floyd
mayweather, Pele etc all these guys were
regarded as the greatest or the best in their field
and they were always cocky abt what they were
capable of.

Until i entered sales and realized that you have
to market your superiority aggressively. If you're
the best, but nobody knows it, you might as well
be the worst.

Whatever it is you are good at, Market that s**t
aggressively… let the whole world know.

Many times we start something new, a new field we have little skill or knowledge about.

Its ok to hit a brick wall, to be stuck and dont know how to get around it.

In these moments, take a step back and clear your head…then come back harder.

one through "opinions" and sometimes through ridicule, which is meant to be
humorous.

Thousands of men and women carry inferiority complexes with them
all through life, because some well-meaning, but ignorant person destroyed their
confidence through "opinions" or ridicule.

Learn to keep your own counsel.

First-time customers are good.

But repeat customers are better.

First-time clients are good.

But ones that stick around for 6+
months are better.

The Point:
Over-deliver and keep people coming
back for more.

That's how you build a business on
easy mode.

Stop selling the FEATURES or CHARACTERISTICS of your products.

Sell the process,
Sell the Euphoria,
Sell the ending you get from the product.

You are not selling organic cream,
You are selling clear, flawless skin.

You are not a makeup artist
You are into creating confidence

You are not selling just to make a sell.

You are selling to make profit.

Read that again so you can understand.

One of the best ways to learn about what your customers want or what problems they are having is at the comment section.

Go through the comments section of a much bigger vendor than you.

Listen to what people are complaining about and reverse engineer it for your own product.

Never give out for free anything you couldn’t otherwise sell.

Sell the benefits

What does it offer me?

Do not be too salesy or desperate to sell

When you meet mew customers, do not give the impression that all u want is for them to patronize them and nothing more.

People hate being sold to, they find it hard to trust someone who seem to want their money.

Thats why most video adverts you see on tv and the internet no longer look like normal adverts but try to entertain

Airtel is one major company that has learnt to do this with their ads

Success has never been based on who was the
smartest or most educated.

Its abt who want it more.

Same thing with the success of ur business, it
doesn't matter what you are selling or how
ridiculous it is,

What matters is finding the right customers that
need it.

There is a female billionaire in CHINA who
Is worth over $4billion, simply from recycling
papers and cardboard across europe

Make of that what you will

Ekaaro.

Samsung spends $2.41 billion on advertising every year,
Ford motors spends $ 2.45 billion
Amazon- $3.38 billion

They already have millions of customers but spend billions to win more and keep the old ones.

The world does not reward men for that which they "know." It
rewards them for what they DO, or induce others to do.

Don't complicate it.
