This is a crashed program, going for only 100 person for a token of 6500 naira equivalent in your currency.. as at today.
Duration is till you achieve your weight loss target.
This means You will not pay any other fee after being a member with the above token.
Our weekly achievement is 2kg and above.
So far we have done some days with our first weekly routine without workout nor food denial nor restrictions.
The rules is eat what you can afford and lose weight.
All our target is to help African women overcome this challenge naturally and retain good health without spending money unnecessarily on things that aren't working or things that may damage them more in quest to lose weight.
How are we going to achieve this, we do this by teaching you basic things about food and it's relationship to you.
Water consumption and why you need to detox to get toxins out of your system without being hard on yourself nor living out your local favorite meals.
Weight loss is actually a journey and not an instant solutions problem.
Therefore one should work on his or her lifestyle to achieve whatever he or she wants instead of dumping his or her food for it or waste so much time on exercise that she wouldn't sustain and later get tired and go back to add more.( Note , exercise is great)
Paying attention to food and how to eat them whatsoever , is our major target.. that is why this focus mostly on lifestyle and your relationship with food.

I am doing this to enlighten us about the important of eating and choosing to eat more healthy than expensively, as well push a lot of women who can't be able to pay normal fee for training to achieve their aim when they leverage on this..
