There are several reasons why some people keep having malaria at short intervals.
1. Poor management due to lack of adherence to medication. * the size and smell alone can be a turn-off for some, I know this but for others all they want is injections💉
2. Timely dosing.
Do you know artemether-lufematrine malaria drugs are to be taken as
(1st dose 0hr , 2nd dose 8hrs later) 1st day
(3rd dose 24hrs, 4th dose 12hrs later)2nd day
(5th..... it can be confusing so we just say morning and evening.
Let's make it easier
E.g
(1st 0hr 10am - 2nd 8hrs later is 6pm)
(3rd 10am - 4th 10pm)2nd day
(5th 10am - 6th 10pm) 3rd day
3. Living in Swampy or bushy environment
4. Not using mosquito nets, repellant or aerosol.

This issue has been recurrent over the years.
One must ask, "Why do health care facilities insist on police report before treating some patients"?
I would love to address this issue soon. Before then, think, how would you feel if this happens to you or a relative?

Happy new month.
Second quarter of the year and 3 spent on still counting.
How did I do it? Indeed,somedays were high and others low but we keep it moving.
The r**e and killing of a 100 level student who went to read in church in Edo State Nigeria,has opened up a conversation on r**e.
A lot of women are speaking up about their experiences and one thing that's consistent is it took place years ago. There are no official reports or DNA to prove there case as the accuse refutes any wrongdoing.
So what can we do moving forward?
1. Visit a medical center
2. File an official complaint at the police station.
3. Ensure you heal and speak up,to prevent sexual offender from committing more crime.
4. Get treated, don't just wash your self up and stay mute because you could be infected with a sexually transmitted disease.
