Most times the focus is on our BP reading, once it's ok, we are good to go.

The Heart rate is also as important as the BP, it tells you the number of times your heart beats per minute. Even with a normal BP reading, it could be either too high or too low.

Both cases could be indicative of an underlying disease.

When next you have your BP check, insist to know what your heart rate reads too.
