Position: Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives, including loan disbursements, deposit mobilization, and profitability.
3. Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion in the branch's designated area.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the MD's office and assist in managing daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
- Arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the MD.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring accuracy and discretion.
