Let's discuss overview of reproduction physiology.

Humans are made up of both male and female gender and each have their unique constitution or components. Because of this, we will be starting with components of both male and female and then go ahead to elucidate and expatiate their origins.

COMPONENTS OF THE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEMS

The reproductive system consists of;
1.the go**ds
2.the internal genitalia
3.the external genitalia

*The go**ds in males is made up of the te**is while in females is the ova
*The internal genitalia in males consists of ;the genitalia ducts and accessory glands.
* The internal genitalia in females consists of ; va**na, the two fallopian tube and the uterus.
* The external genitalia in males includes ;the p***s and the sc***um.
* The external genitalia in females consists ;the lower va**na,the labial majora and minora and the cl****is.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEMS.

THE GO**DS
The go**ds develop from the genitalia ridge.
This genitalia ridge is located near the adrenal gland and is made up of two parts;the cortex and the medulla.
In male genetics ,the cortex regresses or atrophy while the medulla persist to form the p***s
In female genetics,the medulla regresses while the cortex persist to form the ova.

THE INTERNAL GENITALIA
The internal genitalia develops from the woffian or mesonephric ducts and the mullerian or para mesonephric ducts.

In males ,the te**is descends from the posterior aspect of the abdominal cavity and move into the sc***um during the seventh month.
The interstitial cells of leydig produces testosterone which induces the mesonephric ducts to differentiate into the male internal genitalia.
The supporting cells of the te**is ,the Sertoli cells produces mullerian regression factor which causes the mullerian or para mesonephric ducts to atrophy or regress.
In females, because of the absence of testosterone and mullerian regression factor,the mesonephric ducts regresses while the mullerian ducts differentiate to form the female internal genitalia.

THE EXTERNAL GENITALIA
The external genitalia develops from the urinogenital sinus, genitalia tubercle, genitalia swelling and urethra sinus.

Let's discuss on heamatopoiesis This means nothing but the formation of blood cells which includes red blood cells, white blood cell and platelet.
It has various sites of occurrence which includes;

1.yolksac(mesoderm)
2.liver (hepatic)
3.Bone marrow(myeloid)

SITES OF FORMATION OF BLOOD CELLS

1.mesoblastic period: this occurs during the first two months of foetal life,it occurs in clusters of mesodermal cells of the embryonic sac.

2.Hepatic period: During the first four months, haematopoiesis occurs in the liver and is therefore called hepatic phase.The spleen also contributes in the production of lymphocytes and red blood cells.

3.myeloid period:In this phase ,the bone marrow take control in the production of blood cells with some contributions from lymph nodes and thymus gland in the production of lymphocytes and monocytes respectively.

Extrauterine haematopoiesis: During the first five years ,myeloid haematopoiesis occurs in all the bone marrow after which there will be a progressive replacement of the blood forming marrow in the long bone participate.The rest occurs in the bones of the trunk which includes the pelvis, sternum, vertebrata and skull

Relations to the humerus and it's medical correlates.
At the surgical neck:
1.Axillary nerve
2.Anterior circumflex of humeral artery.
3.posterior circumflex of humeral artery.

At the shaft of the humerus:
1.Radial nerve .
2.profunda brachii artery.

At the medial epicondyle:
1.ulnar nerve.

MEDICAL CORRELATES:
Fracture of the humerus at the surgical neck: Will affect axillary nerve.
Fracture at the shaft :will affect radial nerve and profunda brachii artery.
Fracture at the medial epicondyle: will affect the ulnar nerve.

Let's discuss excitation contraction coupling... Excitation contraction coupling is a molecular mechanism that lead to skeletal muscle contractions.it involves a series of processes.on arrival of the action potential generated from the the neuromuscular junction,there will be stimulation of Ryanodine receptor and also Calcium-induced calcium released receptor (CICRR) which leads to the pulling of the dihydroxypiridine leading to the opening of the sarcoplasm.In the sarcoplasm is found the calcium bound to a protein known as calseqestrin.on the opening of the sarcoplasm by the dihydroxypiridine,the calcium leaves the sarcoplasm to bind to troponin c which will stimulate a downward invent leading to skeletal muscle contraction.

Diclofenac sodium is a drug that is used to relieve pain ,or joint stiffening caused by arthritis .it can also cure swelling caused by inflammation...why is it not advisable for pregnant woman to take especially those having swollen in the leg ..your opinion is needed please
