Rotary Club of Ijoko

Rotary Club of Ijoko bagged SECOND POSITION for it's Outstanding Half Year Project Exhibition at District 9110 Rotary Information and Awareness Program on Saturday, 27th January, 2024.

A borehole that was drilled and donated by RC Ijoko to Adebowale Community at Ijoko was commissioned by the District Governor, Rtn Ifeyinwa Rita Ejezie to mark her visit to the club.

During the visit of the District Governor, Rtn Ifeyinwa Rita Ejezie to the club, 12 beneficiaries of the RC Ijoko Women Empowerment Scheme received ₦20,000 each to support their respective businesses.

RC IJOKO held it's BASIC EDUCATION AND LITERACY PROJECT at St. Saviour's Anglican Primary School, Ijoko.

The project was a beautiful one as the pupils were counselled by a professional guidance and counselor on "TALENT AS A DETERMINANT FOR CHOOSING A CAREER" while a staff of Providus Bank; the Partner Sponsor of the project counselled the pupils on how to save money.

There was a distribution of Notebooks to the pupils and over 500 pupils were beneficiaries of the project.

In attendance were; PAG Leke Ibrahim, PAG Abiola Adesina, AG Mufutau Adelotan, some staff of Providus Bank, Headteacher and Staff of St. Saviour's Anglican Pry School, Rotaractors and Rotarians of the club and guests.
